The employees here are so nice! I love to talk and ask questions for on and on, and the employees weren't annoyed or bothered at all. Most gamestop's aren't really that nice, so if you are ever around, check it out!

This game stop is always clean. The one male that has been employed there for years knows his stuff!!! He is always blunt and truthful about games and products.
Not ever bluntly rude, literally tells you the truth about what you are buying and who it is geared towards. Great way to be. I always appreciate a knowledgeable employee. They are rare these days. All of the used products I have ever purchased have also been exactly as sold. Hope they keep up with the competition because its nice to have a store like Game Stop around. Not being a family of big gamers and we still enjoy this store. Buying used consoles and games, tablets etc is also helpful. Overall it is a good local store to go to.

The staff at this store is so helpful! They are ALL friendly (seem to really know their customers/family atmosphere) and knowledgeable. I have two young gamers and a lot of questions, they have been so patient to answer my questions and run me through GameStop's website and explain how the Pro account works. They also move the line along so efficiently - super quick in and out. It's been a positive experience every time! Thank you guys!

Bella (Gabrielle) was so cool and super helpful, got me set up with a controller super fast, got me Pokemon cards for my wife picked out, got me signed up for digital and physical gamer mags. Great experience, very friendly staff experience, highly recommend.

At least the people on this GameStop know what they're talking about One of them was in training and didn't know the answer to a question but his supervisor did and told him that the correct way of doing it and he saw it once and now he knows how to do it so their training is good which means the customer experience is also good and they know exactly where everything is and they have the latest rumors let me make that clear rumors of one games are coming out

Best place to scam these people. I stole a bunch of games from another GameStop . I told them I had no receipt but purchased it a few days ago. They allowed my return to occur and gained $200 from this. These workers don’t care lol I’m grateful for this place . And also bought up the Pokémon cards here to resell online to make double the profit .

As a collector of figures and pokémon cards I highly recommend to shop here if your into collecting/merchandise, Always has great figurines and pins! The cashier is real friendly and helpful, great guy to start a conversation with.

All the staff here are on point. I've sworn off GameStop for years, but for some of the trade in rates it's better priced then doing private selling in some instances. Staff is helpful, and friendly, I've made multiple visit in the past few months for this reason, and deals as well.

The gentleman working helped me not only trade in my items and make a new purchase, but actively explained and helped me with the best possible value. Definitely recommend.

Staff is super friendly and helpful every time I go in (3-4×/month). Pretty well stocked in games, accessories, consoles, and other merch (toys, shirts, collectables). Knowledgeable too. By far my favorite location ive ever been to.

Because the GameStop in New Paltz closed, this is my closest location. It is a small store but the selection is good. The place is clean and the staff doesn't intrude too much. I usually look at shirts while my love looks at games. It is everything a GameStop should be.
