Friendly staff are always helpful... I take my kids for the free monthly craft classes to build anything from picture frames to birdhouses. Fun for all young kids to learn basic tool skills!

When it comes to going above and beyond to help customers one employee at the Lowe’s near Hamburg really made a difference in our lives. We are in the middle of a full home remodel. When it came to my kitchen I was lost. Didn’t know where to begin. We were looking at the cabinets and asked for some help from the cabinet specialist. Avery Brown. He was so helpful. Helped us pick out what we liked and after we got the measurements to him and picked out our appliances and countertops he built our entire kitchen on the computer so we could see how it would look which was exactly what I needed. We are still waiting for our cabinets to be built and delivered but I have no doubt I’m going to love my dream kitchen Avery helped us with. Even though I live an hour from this Lowe’s we will drive the hour to continue to shop at this store because of Avery.

Riley and Gregg really helped us on being able to complete a tile job! We needed the same Lot run to match What we already had put down. After calling 10 Lowe's stores Greg checked in stock room and found the lot we needed! Riley runs the flooring department and was 100% on point for this transaction! Rarely do I find customer service like this! Wish I lived closer to this store would shop here a lot!

Lowes always has what I need for my many home improvement and repair projects. My most recent visit was to purchase a new refrigerator and the staff were helpful and informative.

Once my refrigerator was purchased, I picked up a few other smaller items and the front end cashier (Trip) was courteous and efficient. No complaints whatsoever.

David and Jose are amazing!!! They helped so much!!! More than they needed to!!

Nice selection of trailer parts are now outside in the garden section. Good prices too compared to parts stores.

We went to look at generators because the windy storm caused a power outage today. We met two of the nicest and smartest team members who patiently answered our questions even though the store was about to close. We are so thankful for the courtesy, information and humor extended to us at the end of a crazy day by James and the other gentleman (I’m very sorry to not remember his name). Very nice people!

Free air for your tires! But please check the ground before you pull in! I got 4 nails in my tires, and didn’t notice them all over the ground until I was finished using the machine. Had to plug 4 places! (Also, love the smell of the store lol)

Great assortment, but the staff was not helpful at all! They have a fabulous flower/plant center!!

Alot better than the one in Frankfurt where ALL the carts for getting lumber and drywall are taken for online orders and leaving in store people to wait what seems like forever to get one and also taking 30 mins to even get a forklift to move some banana shaped drywall to get to the good ones

Lowe's is the staple for utilities needed for business owners that create a life by servicing neighborhood renovations, plumbing, and other services that assist in the growth of the community. The availability of a large quantity of quality of products, the diversity of the same products really opened my eyes at the end of the day. My friend/boss went and came along and was just taken aback with the different utilities available. It's a business owners store, and extremely vital to the growth of towns and cities.

I have been remodeling my home, if I could give this Lowe's more stars I would! I cannot say enough about the customer service and how far above and beyond they go for their customers. Two people really stood out, first there is Kasey who is one of the managers at this Lowe's who has been a trooper helping me with a special order with a really difficult vendor; she has been patient, very kind and accommodating. I had a couple issues with other orders and she did not hesitate to make it right. AND there is Bruce in plumbing, from the start he stepped in and did everything he could to help me even though much if not most of my order was not plumbing related. Bruce was kind, generous with his time and certainly patient. I've had to make several trips to Lowe's in the interim and his kindness and helpfulness has remained consistent. I have been to other Lowe's locations and they can't touch the level of customer service at the Lexington Hamburg location .. other stores could learn a lot from the outstanding team at this store. I just want to send out a huge THANK YOU to you all for such a great experience!!!

Went there for help in electrical. An employee named Wesley helped me find everything I needed quickly and literally knew the answer to every question I had. I was extremely impressed! He helped several other customers while I was there and was very professional with all of them offering tips and suggestions on jobs. Great employee.

I came in here trying to fix my baby’s crib being loose at the rails. I was just a week and some change from being due and very nervous about it. I am not hardware savvy at all, so upon entering I went straight for a group of associates. Based off what I was describing, no one was too sure what to do before turning to Lowell. Lowell was the absolute nicest human on the planet in trying to help me figure things out. He literally had his cart full of store business and still stopped what he was doing to attend to me. My partner somehow solved the problem without the need to purchase anything but Lowell still extended me kindness, confidence and support- as well as a well-informing discussion about what I could use if need be & on another home project- through conversation. I have rarely experienced such genuineness in a retail setting, regardless of circumstance. Truly an awesome human & well deserving of appreciation 🙏 Lowell at Lowe’s- he’s your guy!

Lowell helped me find fluid for my lighter and took me step by step on how to fill it . He was super friendly and provided lovely service even when I dropped my first Can in the parking lot he had no issue helping me all over again !

I just want to give a great review to Terry. He was BEYOND helpful and was able to answer any question I had to the best of his ability. Not enough people in the retail industry with the customer service skills this man has. We’ve never had someone help you as much as he did today thank you terry.

It's a great store to come and buy everything you need if your fixing your home up or even spicing up the outdoors, come on by and look at the beautiful flowers and all the patio furniture they have, don't be shy to ask for help an associate with help you find everything you need!!!
