I want to give a major shoutout to floor associate Krystal! I have bad anxiety and become very overwhelmed in stores since having weight loss surgery. Krystal could immediately pick up my energy and assisted me with finding my right shoe size, made sure I was ok during my visit there. I will definitely return and pray that she’s working because we need more people like her to assist ppl like myself. Thank you Krystal for being patient, genuine, and caring. You were truly a blessing to me!

We went in near closing time (sorry) and the manager was super friendly and helpful. Our order number wouldn't generate the purchased items we were returning but she didn't stop until she was able to retrieve the information. By doing this, we received a refund and purchased additional items. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to get out of the store since it was closing.
