Love this Walmart! The staff is amazing, especially Ed and Joe! Every time I have asked for help to find something, a staff member will not just tell me but take me to what I’m looking for. The pharmacy staff are very quick and efficient. The is my go to Walmart every time!

Store was recently updated. Looks amazing 👏 the way the groceries are set up are easy and convenient to grab and go! Super clean and OCD organized loved it! 😍

Great place to get groceries…just groceries or pharmacy/shots so it’s really quick in and out, no crowded, plenty of parking and nice employees!

I enjoyed shopping at this location early this morning. I must admit. I received EXCELLENT customer service from Josiah and Joe. I witnessed first hand real teamwork from a very friendly dynamic duo. Josiah scanned/neatly bagged my items and kept everything in order; Joe organized my items in the cart. At the end, I had 2 carts, and Josiah offered to help me. I pushed 1 cart out to my car. So did Josiah. This was above and beyond regular customer service. Most importantly, KUDOS Josiah and Joe. I sincerely appreciate your professionalism and kindness. Hey Lute, store manager, give these guys a huge raise!!

Good location and has sufficient parking area. Well labeled aisles, smaller format shop, easy to shop and exit quickly.

The team lead for up front was so helpful. She could tell that I had no idea what I was attempting to purchase(cigarettes for the adult kid). She looked everywhere for what in wanted, even in the under stock and was not able to find it. She patiently waited for me to contact him and find out his second choice. Exceptional Customer Service 👍👍👍

I used to hate coming here but after these new hires, it’s a pleasant trip. They are all so friendly and helpful! 💙 new loyal customer 🙋🏽‍♀

Long lines but cheap prices make it worthwhile

Very clean.. almost always great customer service .. it’s very rare the lines are super long.. very laid back shopping experience and the parking lot is very peaceful.. cheap gas next to this location as well

Love this store. Fresh veggies are great, good bakery selection, meat and even frozen items. Some are off brands but if you research a lot are made by same people that make the brand names. Love going thru the household items. People are very friendly.

I gave been using the online ordering / pickup at the curb service for several months now and LOVE it! The staff here is great, they always get the order right and have it ready on time. They are friendly and take the time to say Hi to my daughter when she's with me. Would highly recommend this service and location.

The store is always clean, the aisles are always clear, I've never had to wait too long to check out, and as soon as you head towards the customer service desk, an employee is already there or right behind you.

I have been in the neighborhood 7 months. Definitely one of my favorites. Staff is very helpful and very professional. Always smiling and willing to help you. Produces are fresh and prices are very compatible.

This store has the best customer service. The people are so friendly. 5 miles down highway 29/485, is a newer neighborhood store. Charlotte store employees are like they hate to be there. Love Charlotte store, but, employees are rude, crude, Will be the death of that store. Concord neighborhood Wal-Mart is not stocked as well as Charlotte, but the employees are a gem.

This is a really nice neighborhood walmart. Prices are a little higher than the super center but the pharmacy is like no other. I left CVS 7-8 years ago and I will never go back. This pharmacy is friendly and on time.

Very well stocked and, the most friendly Staff. This small neighborhood store is better stocked and has fresher produce than the Super Walmart in town.

LOVE this service - Online order for pickup later. This location has been the most promptat having our groceries there when we pull up. No wait time at all! *hint* Check in on your way there - it DOES help.
