Best Buy

Ordered new pixel 8 phone from BB because my pixel 4a5g trade value was 30% higher than Google store. Since this phone was just released, it took about 5 days you arrive. Picked it up at the store, transferred everything from my old phone, reset it and left the trade. Entire activity took about 45min and most of that was data transfer time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable process. Highly recommend Best Buy for product availability, pricing and service.

Visiting Best Buy is typically always an enjoyable experience. With the advent of the internet it's still nice to see tech up close before you commit to a high value purchase. Also if you have an issue, it's always nice to be able to go to a physical store for assistance vs chatting with an agent online.

It took us 2 trips and 4 different phone calls to get a resolution. But in the end, the manager understood our situation and was willing to work with us. Thank you for understanding and having compassion for our family. We have been a long-time customer and will always come back to Best Buy.

I was greeted as soon as I walked onto the store. Personal was friendly and very helpful from customer service to the geek squad. My problem was solved within 20 minutes. I saved money and went home with a New Printer. I couldn't be happier. 10 Stars, Thanks Best Buy.

Better than the average best buy. We had a car stereo with a backup camera installed. The whole process was great and the installer was awesome.

Had an issue with my Apple ID on iPad. Went to Best Buy in Concord @ Concord Mills’, the Geek Squad and Jeffrey assisted me!! I can’t find the words to say just how awesome he was! 10 star service!! Very knowledgeable and personable. He directed me to Apple Support and together my issue was solved! Thank you again Jeffrey!!

Been to a lot of Best Buy’s and got 0 help from the employees. Went in today to buy a new GoPro and Joseph was a huge help and answered all of my questions and then some, very pleasant experience. Walked to the AT&T after I purchased the go pro to ask a question and the young girl told me she was a Verizon girl so she didn’t know, you work at a AT&T also so it was a bit confusing. Thanks Joseph for the help

Best Buy has really been able to stay competitive with internet prices, alot of times still being the lowest and always a great place for trustworthy products.

Jeffrey @ the geek squad station was very helpful, knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend him! Great service from the cell phone department as well!

The guys here were so helpful! I was looking for a cord (that I really knew nothing about). Three different people listened to my explanation of the problem. They told me what the problem was and what I needed. They were not condescending about my lack of knowledge, nor did they try to rush me along. I have bragged about the experience to others since then!

Great experience, bought a big screen TV for a very good price and was loaded up in 14 minutes.

My experiences here have been quite good! Associates have always been helpful and friendly. Curbside pickup has always been quick. They just remodeled the store and it is nice and clean inside with an inviting very open layout. I don't recall tall shelving on the floor so you can see across the store to make out where you need to go.

Had everything we needed. It’s our spot for now on. Great service.

Aries was so helpful! He somehow juggled helping me find a wireless charge pad and helped my boyfriend and another woman find the perfect printer all at the same time! Give that man a raise! I was so impressed with his professionalism and patience with all of us! Well done!
