Lionel Retail Store

Great store if you love trains and race cars ! Even if not, will be so good seeing all the sets.

So cool to see all the different train sets and single pieces you can buy for the model railroad hobby! I thought they had a great mix of stuff for beginners through die-hard hobbyists. Definitely worth a visit.

Don't buy much but have lots of NASCAR cars. The train displays are great.

Yes I have very great service at it was pretty good I don't think it could have been no more better cuz we will never get 24 hours back

Absolutely wonderful staff, and a absolute joy to visit. Dana, Ryan and the rest of the staff are wonderful people. Thank you for help getting me back into my diecast hobby. Looking to purchase many more cars and did I mention Ryan is extremely nice. Older guy with the glasses is awesome too, he talked with my dad and I appreciate that.

Very time we go to Concord Mills, this is 1 of 2 mandatory stops. Our 3 yr old loves to look at the trains. The staff are so kind and friendly.

Cool place. Tons of Lionel trains, electronics and accessories. Lots of fun displays for the little fellers and fellerinas.

I enjoyed meeting the staff of the store the other day, especially Dana. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Lionel, and nice to talk to somebody who knew the hobby really well. I have online on trains for over half a century, and seen them move from New York to Mexico then back to Mount Clemens Michigan and then Chesterfield township, and now to Concord. Good to see this company thriving and prospering, with much greater detailed product than ever before. Their showroom is huge and has a lot of their newer items. Can't wait to go back there as the holiday season approaches see if they get additional train product and memorabilia

My 7 yr old loves this place. They have all things train and awesome displays. All the employees in the store are always friendly and helpful. We make the 2 hr trip up every few months.

Cool store for current nascar diecast. Was not as big as I thought it would be but decent selection.

This place was awesome!! Train sets set up like little towns. My grandson; 3 loved to watch all the trains running around the tracks!

We had a great visit today! Everyone was super friendly and Ryan made sure our son left happy today with a train in his budget. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Our grandson was so excited to see all of the train cars and accessories available. He enjoyed the hands-on train table. The atmosphere was relaxed and enabled us to browse without any pressure. We will make a return visit sometime.
