AT&T Store

This store is amazing Seth was the employee that helped us . We were going through a tough time we just lost a family member 2 days prior.. he was sooo sincere and caring .. Seth made it soo smoothly n the experience was amazing .. we got all new phones . Then we came back the next day n bought accessories n Seth helped us then too . I would recommend this store let Alone this employee to anyone that is looking for new service like what we did . Or just looking for help . This store was beyond friendly and went up n beyond to help us save money too .. this is the best customer service we have ever dealt with when it came to cell phone stores .. I’m so thankful we went to this store . Thank you Seth you are an amazing employee to this company also your customer service is number one n my book . Thank you very much

If you want a place of honest work that is based on customer service 1st and Sales 2nd this is the place to go.

I had no issues having all my question the inventory was well stocked, had lots of choices for cases to match.
The representative Matthew & Michael took time to explain details that often might be left out when making purchases...

I look forward to coming back to this specific location since i tried 5 locations an this is was the only place willing to assist let alone answer the phone...
I drove to all the surrounding location since I could not reach them by phone an it was a huge disappointment to see poor staffing elsewhere...

They did not send us away like the one next to Harry & David’s. The assisted in merging our accounts and saving us $.

I called a different AT&T about prepaid phone plans and they said they don't know anything about it and told me to go online. I decided to give this AT&T a call before I go online and the gentleman Isaac helped with with everything I needed to know and was very friendly. Almost went with another carrier from the first call. If you need AT&T services with someone competent I highly recommend this store!

Neal is honestly the reason I haven't pulled my hair out while going through the stress of a new phone process, he is so competent I don't want anyone else's help at this store. My mom even gives him props from another town! I'm bringing my whole family over if I had a say because he embodies customer service. Thank you so much Neal! (Isaac is pretty cool too)

Issac was super helpful and immediately resolved an issue the other atnt store couldn’t fix in 2 weeks

Neal and Andrew are amazing!!! They deal with so many crazy people everyday and are able to answer any questions and fix any problems that customers come in with. ATT makes me crazy with customer service but these two make it much less awful! Highly recommend this store!!

I visited this store about one month ago and received top star service from employees Neal, Chris, and Freya. After a less than satisfying experience at another location when attempting to set up a phone plan, I decided to visit this location for additional assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by the over the top helpfulness of the staff, and the stores great music! Neal was able to assist me in a deal for my phone service that was over 1/2 less than the amount I was paying when set up my service at the other location. He was able to help me receive all the deals and made sure I understood everything clearly. He is a wiz at electronics and knew how to do all the tech stuff extremely efficiently. I left feeling so happy and satisfied. I will only be visiting this location from now on.

These guys were unbelievably helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and patient. We got exactly what we needed, and nothing we didn't. After experiencing their level of service, I'm switching to AT&T.

I want to give a shout-out to Isaac at this AT&T location. He is incredibly knowledgeable about devices, services, plans, and accessories. He is also very personable and customer service oriented, and went the extra mile to find me some great deals and discounts. Isaac turned what I feared would be a stressful phone upgrade into a fun, productive, and cost-effective experience. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful service by Freya and Isaac! Came into the store to get last minute gifts, new phones, Apple watches and they both helped me get absolutely everything I needed. They worked so hard to make sure I had everything I wanted and more!

The store rep Issac was amazing! Helped us right as we walked in the door. Took care of ever need we had and answered every question we had! We were in there to transfer over to become AT&T customers and we were done in under 45 mins of walking in with 4 new phones!!!

Great store filled with knowledgeable and professional staff! I was very surprised how easy it was to switch my business account to ATT and how much money they saved me with better coverage! I worked with Neal, Matt, and the manager Chris, not because they passed me off but because when I walked in they were all excited to help me together as a team.

Isaac was very helpful and kind, greeted me when I walked in the door which shows his awareness. Other staff provided help when needed. My account was updated to the newest plan to save money which I was thankful for. Overall awesome experience.

I don't know the chick above but she's crazy. By far the BEST customer experience I have ever had the pleasure of having. So friendly, efficient, not pushing, helpful and so much more. Best AT&T store I have gone too. This store analyzes every detail to help save you the most money possible. No other AT&T store has done this or ever tried to save me money. I believe the managers name is Justin and he's amazing. Very helpful and caring. All of the staff is friendly and efficient. Very laid back store who actually cares about their customers. You don't feel like just a number.

I went to this location and had outstanding customer service from a young man named Mike. He was very knowledgeable. I have been a customer of AT&T for many years. Mike looked at my account and found that I could have the same unlimited options, a new phone, better insurance coverage, and still pay $30 a month less. The store is relatively new, it’s large and comfortable, and they have a good selection. I highly recommend this location.

I am super grateful for Neal's assistance when switching over to ATT from Cricket! He was able to help me get an unlimited plan, plus a new phone; and later he added insurance, after I realized how often I drop my phone. I went back last week to order an Ipencil for my new tablet and Neal was able to get me 2 day shipping to the store. He's knowledgeable about his job, and was able to answer all of the questions I had, in a way that makes sense to me! I'm a very happy, and thankful customer, and this is the only store I'd recommend!

Such an accommodating and friendly staff. Angel was so thorough and helpful. She demonstrated superior knowledge of the firstnet system, and quickly overcame the many obstacles that came with said system.
The other techs in house were also very friendly, and team oriented. I can't recall their names off the top, but I'll edit when I find out. If I could give more stars I would. Stellar job!

I was in the store today. Have really been struggling with whether to stay with the company or not. Isaac is the only reason I am right now. He was extremely patient and explained and fixed the problem I was having with my phone. He also gave me the store number and said I can call rather than having to drive 25 miles to it, and he will do his best to help me over the phone. He is a gem. Thank you for being smart enough to hire him.

At this location Isaac and Neal were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes to be assisted. They gave good suggestions and advice, and really saved me alot of money. I recommend this location for any AT&T services.
