Evelyn Perez is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My iphone was acting up and she helped me twice! She fixed it, then I got on the road, and it dropped WiFi and cellular again. I went back, and she was on top of it. Knew exactly what to do. She helped me while helping other customers at the same time. 🥹

I was in the store no more than 30 mins total for both visits. You can’t find kindness like this anymore. I am very grateful for her! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Went to this location as I needed to upgrade my phone and everyone I dealt with was awesome. Thanks to Seth for taking the time to help me order my new phone and patiently answer all my questions and thanks also to Anthony for helping to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. Will definitely go back to this store if I need anything.

Martin was wonderful, he got me as soon as I came in and put a screen protector on perfectly for me no problem! Much better service than the other AT&T store on Hebron. I’ll be back here again!!!

Seth is always great at this location. People come in with some pretty ridiculous inquiries, but he’s always fast, thorough, and patient.

This store is awesome. Got my new phone and staff was so helpful transferring my data.

Went in to replace a broken phone and upgrade another. Manager and store rep. were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Our phones were replaced in a timely matter that was very helpful as our toddler is very impatient. Very happy with the customer service here and will definitely go back for any of our families phone needs.

Josua B was extremely helpful in getting me setup with a new phone and a better data plan. He was very attentive to my questions and made sure I understood every part of the change in my service plan. He made sure I got a phone that would meet my needs. The other associates I interacted with were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would happily visit this store in the future.

We were greeted IMMEDIATELY on arrival. Our questions on Transfer of Billing were answered without hesitation and were easy to understand. I felt respected, and I felt like Reiynn was excited to be apart of our new purchase. We will be returning certainly.

I love coming here. Jacob always gets me what I need. Always helping me out with anything I need and with my phone. He’s very nice too and will help you any way he can. I accidentally damaged my phone and needed to upgrade. The fellas working that day were absolutely amazing. Helped me effortlessly upgrade and actually put me on a better plan. When I left I had issues with the update and transferring data from one phone to the other so I went back. When I walked back in they showed no annoyance of me being in there again. They helped me again and I just decided to stay there until everything was working properly. Not only did they get my phone right they put on a movie for me to watch while I waited and even gave me the remote to control. I would recommend this location to everybody! #chickfilatypeservice

Well, ATT itself can suck pretty bad. I ordered a phone and ipad via the "customer service" line and went through the whole ordeal. Just to have them cancel the order for some unknown reason. Went to the ATT store on Frankford in Carrollton and Claudia helped me get it all straightened out. She went over and above my expectations. And, she seemed to genuinely enjoy working with people and her job. She helped me get the phone I wanted, updated my plan to a better one, informed me of the deals (which I took advantage of) like buy 2 accessories and get one free. Great experience!!! Highly recommended!

Benjamin was amazing super helpful, addressed ever needed and was super fast as well. Amazing customer service. I 100% recommend seeing him if you come to this location. Whatever they are paying him isn’t enough.

This is my second visit to the Carrollton ATT store. I had been helped by Claudia. She was highly professional and customer focused. She was able to assist me when I upgraded to the new IPAD Pro and now the new iphone 14. Again, Claudia’s attention to detail was excellent and she was very friendly and always helping me get a great deal. Again, Claudia is how all ATT stores should be operated. I will definitely go back to that store and her in the future.
