Pharmacy Manager Han Nguyen is by far the most customer oriented,helpful,caring, problem solving and extremely efficient manager that I have ever come across.Han has excellent communication and people's skills and go extra mile to take care of customers and review is based on several interaction with her and was always on the receiving end of Han excellent customer service.Han always treat every customer with dignity dignity and class and always solve any issue or problems which usually never exist when she is there and I am very fortunate to be always on the receiving end of her excellent customer service.I strongly urge people's to try this pharmacy and see and experience the world class customer service by Han Nguyen and staff.Thank you Han for always treating every customer so well and you the number 1 reason I use this pharmacy along with other manager Wally who is equally as good.Thank you Han and Wally for making life easy Take care

I ordered online early morning on 8/28. The pick-up time was also today between 9:00am - 9:30 am. Upon arriving to the pick-up area. I checked in and shortly afterwards my groceries were loaded and I was headed back home.
The young man handling my order was very courteous, fast and efficient. My groceries were packed well with cold items together and other similar items packed together which helps when putting them away at home.

Best sushi I’ve ever had from a grocery store. Most definitely better than most restaurants I go to. The rice is so fresh and the vegetables are always crunchy with vibrant colors. Who needs to go out and waste money on mediocre sushi when you can hit up Kroger during the week around noon and have top notch rolls? The best!

I've been happily shopping here for years, but today Victoria went above and beyond. When they closed early due to inclement weather she still let me pick up my groceries and brought them out herself. Not many managers would do that. And it was done with a great attitude and a smile. Thank you!

I had purchased a Hello Kitty birthday cake from Kroger’s and not only was it adorable it was absolutely delicious. I put the order in the day before I needed it and the order was handled professionally over the phone. I will definitely be purchasing my cakes at Kroger’s bakery from now on. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had an amazing experience today @ 12:30pm! 1/2 of the ladies at the flower center was really nice. She greeted us (she had dark brown hair) and wasn’t staring at us like the other one. When we paid at self check-out the employee at that location was super nice & helped us out when things weren’t scanning and wasn’t rude about it. I’m glad I wasn’t followed around while shopping & employees giving me attitude just like when I go to the Kroger @ 1701 w university Dr., McKinney

The manager at this store is Outstanding!
It shows in the people working there.
Store is clean and clean. Shelves are full with not just Kroger brands yet a large variety of brands.
The Bakery Department is very good. The muffins are excellent.
The meat is excellent! The meat department keeps the entire area clean. Meat is FRESH! Very good seafood choices too. Have Sushi. Honest I don't eat it yet they make it on the spot and in front you.

Ordered cake, first time in years, Pat in Bakery gave me excellent customer service! The cake was great. Also, the store was fully staffed. There were plenty of staff to assist with answering questions. Store was clean and fully stocked. This was on a Sunday at 1:30 pm CST.

Why give a grocery store 5 stars? Great question. This is easily the friendliest group of employees at a grocery store I've ever seen. They have a great selection, beer selection is even better, and this place is always clean. Every single time I go in the store at least one employee asks me how I'm doing and offers to help. I've rarely been loyal to a grocery store, but I'll only go here. Except on Saturday mornings, the place is a madhouse.

March 2021 COVID info: masks are required, and the staff wears them properly. People refusing to wear masks are asked politely to wear a mask or leave.

This is an excellent store, with friendly, helpful staff. It's well laid out, the aisles are wide enough to maintain distance between customers, which is good for those of us that need that space.

At the self checkout, you can click on the No Hunger, No Waste to round up to the next dollar. Every seven dollars collected that way is used by Kroger for boxes of essential food for local food banks. I REALLY appreciate this program, as it has fed my family in the past, and now I'm grateful to be able to give back

The employees and even other shoppers are always friendly and helpful at this store; it is an overall cheerful environment. I am usually able to find everything I need and the store is clean and organized.

Went to pick up a prescription and it was ready on time. They were pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist went over the medication and she was very informative. Did some grocery shopping afterward. The cashier looked tired but was friendly and observant. He caught that my cauliflower rang up as $10.43, voided it and corrected the price. It was a pleasant errand trip.

Busy, busy, busy. Everybody has a job to do and side by side they perform there tasks with a happy go lucky attitude. And always willing to answer a question or help you find something. It is a wonderfully expanded and update. Very nice. W Montgomery.

I continuously receive excellent customer service from every employee at Castle Hills Kroger. The employees are helpful, friendly, and very well trained. Also, there are always plenty of employees around the store, so I'm never left searching for someone for help. They always have great sales, they have a large selection of natural and organic foods, and you can't beat the gas points! I haven''t purchased full-price gas in months! Compared to the alternative in the area (Walmart), Kroger is hands down the best grocery store in The Colony. I will continue to shop here.

2020 review: I have since moved, but found myself back at this kroger one night. I was looking for vegan lunch meat, which I was not finding and didn't know if Kroger even carries it. Greg, searched for 15 minutes while I looked for other items and would not give up until he found what I was acquiescedly looking for. He was running back and forth asking his fellow coworkers who assumed Kroger didn't carry it. What great customer service. Thank you Greg!

2016 review: I will be a customer for life! After waiting for my prescription to be filled for 4 hours at the Walmart across the street and being told that the prescription for my two medicines would cost around $54, I gave up and went to Kroger pharmacy. The staff was extremely nice and even dealt with my insurance to get my prescription coverage from the insurance company. The total bill came out to be $5.39 and it took less than 20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else again. If I can give them more stars, I would.

Love this Kroger. Their lasagna is awesome. Love walking through the flowers. Personnel’s courteous. My complaint,,,I wished you home delivered, not curbside. 🌻

Had a great experience with the bakery! They did a smash cake and a regular cake for my daughter's birthday. Everything looked and tasted great!

Nice store. Some krogers are old and don't have many depts but this location seemed to have everything. Also has a Starbucks inside. I would go again. Cashier was super friendly.
