I use this store all the time. The customer service is outstanding. I print regularly with Cody and he is so great to work with. The turnaround time is always quick and if he ever has any questions he reaches out to make sure he knows exactly how I want things to look.

The staff at this UPS Store has been very helpful to me on several occasions over the past several years. Thanks to everyone at the Watercolor Crossing UPS Store for all the personalized business services you provide to your customers everyday.

This UPS staff is amazing! I’ve been continuously ordering print for my company here for 4 years and they are always speedy on the turnaround and very pleasant to speak with. Cody in the print department is so professional and turns all our print work into what we imagined!

I entered the Seaside store with a difficult, heavy load of composite cladding and decking samples. (Loose and a bit sawdusty) The ENTIRE TEAM immediately welcomed me with smiles and helped me pack all of the heavy, loose pieces into 4 different boxes. In fact, they did it ALL. Honestly, I’ve never had such good, smiling, helpful service at a freight company before. Well, it’s been a few days and everything arrived back to my home in MI in perfect order. Ian with UPS Store #4969- Watercolor, was extremely helpful providing addresses matching the tracking numbers. We needed this documentation to help close our client's mortgage loan. Super friendly staff! Lacy was so helpful & patient with us when we went to get documents notarized. There was another woman helping us send mail overnight. Zany (?) I think that was her name. But very pleased with their service. Thank you!

I have had to travel all over the U.S. for the past 5 years and my home is in Santa Rosa Beach. Because of all my travels I have been to UPS stores for a variety of services all over the country.The one at Santa Rosa Beach, Fl. Is by far the best in the U.S..The owners are usually on the premises and they hire exceptionally professional people to work for them. They work very hard taking care of customers and treat everyone like they are special. Mesha is the one who usually helps me but all of the staff who have been there over the past year Michelle, Josh, Jessica etc. are great employees ! One of the employees even took his own time to go by a management company and pick up some things I had left when I moved out of the house. They packed and sent them to me. It is hard to find this kind of service today and I would recommend them for any of the many services they provide. They leave me with "no worries" for getting whatever I need done.

I run a small business on 30a.I've been in business since 2003.This store and their team throughout the years have done a great job making the busiest days for me easier.I will go out of my way to get to this location to get the job done.Lynne, Randy, and the staff are professional, friendly and the customer service is impeccable!!! Staff is always helpful. Courteous though not always smiling like you see in the commercials. It's a huge store and very convenient. Only one employee wears his mask. The other employees are mask free which is very annoying. Florida is God's waiting room with twice as many covid deaths as in neighboring Georgia.

Have used this store as our primary shipping location for 8+ years and have always had outstanding service! Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

My husband and i went to this store this afternoon to ship 6 boxes of items. The employees boxed our items. They were so nice and helpful. We were so impressed by this store.
