Vacayzen - Bay Baits Seagrove

The bikes we rented were in great condition. My family had so much fun riding them this week. We will definitely rent bikes from this company again when we’re in the area next.

This was our second time renting from Rent Gear Here and we have had 2 amazing experiences now! The bikes were delivered and picked up with absolutely no problems at all. Biking 30A was our boys favorite part of our trip!

We booked a beach bonfire at Grayton Beach and had a wonderful time! Will and Mary Catherine were great hosts and took great care of us while we enjoyed the wonderful evening. This is one of the most relaxing things you can do at the beach and is the perfect way to end the day.

We had a credit from our rental and chose bikes for the 4 of us. The bikes were delivered and picked up as expected. They got 5 stars from me because of customer service. When we needed to switch out one of the bikes for a larger one, (if you are deciding between sizes, we found the larger bikes were best for us!!) they were wonderful about it. It was ordered to be delivered the next day. We went on a ride and actually met the guy making deliveries en route. He (I think his name was Casey) switched the bike, the basket and adjusted the seat to the right height for me. Great job and we will definitely use them again if we are in the area!

The bonfire for my sister's wedding reception was wonderful. They were there to set up in plenty of time so the bride and groom did not stress. The fire was bright and warm all night without any family member needing to do anything. They were extremely nice. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them for their other services in the future.

Highly recommend for all of your rental needs in 30A! We used for baby rental gear and they had excellent customer service and were very responsive! I will definitely be using them for our next vacation!

My family and I love visiting the Vacayzen Seagrove store every time we’re in the area! They have a great selection of t-shirts and Yeti coolers that I always buy to take home with me. The staff is incredibly helpful as well! Lilly helped our family get the bikes and golf cart that we needed to have a great time!

Rented a Crib for our daughter to sleep in during vacation. The crib was conveniently delivered at a great price! Even though there was an issue with the crib (presumably from a previous renter) they promptly came over to exchange for a new crib. Customer service was great through their texting feature and would use them again on our next trip without hesitating!

I rented a double stroller for a few days on our trip. The reservation was fairly simple, and the product was high quality. I ordered my delivery for the following day, and luckily they had availability. When there was an issue with the item they very quickly worked to resolve it and were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company.

We rented baby equipment for our grandbaby’s visit. Nice clean crib and car seat. We had to delay the return of the equipment twice due to cancelled flights, and it was no problem each time I called. Two nice guys delivered the stuff AND helped install the car seat in our vehicle. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

We have used Rent Gear Here for bikes and chair sets many times and have always experienced stellar service. Their reservation process is super efficient and easy, their prices are very reasonable, and items have always been delivered when and where promised. Traveled to Seaside with my entire extended family, placed quite a large order (golf carts, paddle boards, chairs, etc) and had the BEST experience. Young man who delivered was polite, kind, and best of all quick. Got our stuff in time for a great week at the beach. Highly recommend. My family and I booked a bonfire for my sisters wedding celebration and it was an amazing experience. Vacayzen had everything set up nicely on time and helped keep the fire going all night. The whole family had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Vacayzen and will only use them going forward.

We stayed at Seacrest, but spent beach time at Inlet. We rented umbrella service, bikes, and a bike trailer. The customer and delivery service personnel are so kind Garrison (3 days) and Jared (2 days) for beach service for 5 guest in our family were so attentive and made a point to make our stay a memorable one. These two employees really make a positive impact of your customer service.
This is the second year we used Rent Gear Here, and we will continue to use them for our annual trips to this area.

The staff here were really helpful on recommending sunscreen for me and my family. The stores energy was welcoming and had all the essentials we needed to have a fun day on the beach!

They were kind and polite, had good quality-and good conditioned chairs and made our vacation so much more relaxing! It was so nice to not have to worry about lugging beach chairs with us and instead just make sure we were in the spot we were directed to be (which was also super easy cause directions were on point). My kids took several surfing lessons with rent gear here over the course of a week and half. It was an absolutely amazing experience for them especially because of their instructor, Carson and his colleagues, who helped make the whole experience fun! Both my kids were so nervous learning to surf and now they love it. I would highly recommend using them for any surfing/paddle boarding lessons.

2 years running we have used this company and I can’t imagine not using them in the future. We’ve done the sunset cruise twice, 2 different experiences but both fantastic. Today we took a couple of our boys down for the surf lessons and they’re dying to go back. These guys just want to take care of you and show you a good time while you’re on vacation. Shout out to Phillip, Joe, Carson and the gang for giving my crew such a good time while we’re at the beach. See you next year fellas!
