Prema Organic Cafe

While in town for a wedding weekend, we found Prema through Seed Oil Scout. It's usually tough, especially on vacation, to find something to eat without any seed oils or gluten. This place covered all the bases and actually overwhelmed us with the amount of attractive options for us to eat. We wanted to try all of it & tried our best to do so in the 2 days we were there. For breakfast, we got Happy Gut Immunity Shots, the Berry Love smoothie, Almond Butter Toast & Tuna Salad Toast. All 3 were delicious and we couldn't wait to buy more of the tuna salad from the refrigerated section for later. We also picked up a couple delicious Kombuchas, a Blueberry Magic Scone, a No-Bake Granola Bar, Healthy Slaw & a Pesto Chicken Salad for lunch and our trip home the next day. The staff were incredibly friendly and remembered us when we came back later in the day. The only sad part was getting home and not having anymore food left. I wish we lived closer and could eat here every day.

During our trip to Santa Rosa Beach, we discovered Prema Organic Cafe and instantly loved it. The Happy Gut health shot and coffee drinks were not only tasty but clean and healthy. It's clear this cafe prioritizes quality and local ingredients, making each bite a delight. The atmosphere and friendly staff made our visit even better. Prema Organic Cafe is now a must-visit for us when in town, a perfect blend of delicious and wholesome food.

My husband and I were here for a wedding on memorial weekend. I have celiac disease & a dairy allergy so I wanted to find a place we could try that was safe for me. I got the avocado toast & my husband got an egg sandwich + a coffee. Both were pretty size-able portions for the price paid, no complaints here.

The person who took my order (I cannot remember her name! So sorry!) told me to put the sauerkraut on the side and to atleast try it with my avocado toast. I don’t even listen to my own family when they tell me to try things because I tend to be a picky eater, but this gal was so convincing and boy was she right.

The sauerkraut was definitely on the mild side and paired nicely with the toast. I had a few bites of it before passing it to my husband to use!

Overall, great experience. Seaside & watercolor has become a favorite for me this trip so it will not be our last visit to this cafe <3

Having to be gluten free due to autoimmunity is not the funnest. However, this place is amazing! I ordered the egg sandwich and dragon fruit smoothie bowl. Both were incredibly delicious and I love that I was able to eat gluten free sourdough bread! Most gluten free options taste terrible at other restaurants so I usually forego any gluten free breads offered. So, this is truly an exception! I really appreciate the all organic menu and free of allergens kitchen. It’s hard going on vacation with dietary restrictions / food intolerances but this place made me feel like I wasn’t eating on any sort of “diet”. I feel good and I can enjoy my vacation knowing I fueled my body with so many nutrients. I also took the super food salad and pineapple mint juice to go - the juice is bottled in glass! I wish I had this place back home - it is such a gem!!!

We are so glad we found Prema. We’ve enjoyed their smoothies and each had an amazing egg sandwich this morning. The breakfast cookie and protein balls are fantastic! This will be our breakfast choice for the remainder of our visit. Excellent quality ingredients that are in delicious items. What a treat! Prices are very reasonable and you feel good eating food from Prema!

I do not live locally however I am here regularly, Prema is THE place I must stop in to every single time I’m here. The egg sandwich is DEVINE, each of the cold press juices are fresh, organic, and absolutely delicious! The iced caramel latte, blueberry scones, breakfast cookies, chicken salads, protein balls. ALL. SO. GOOD. I value good, quality, organic, whole food and this is the place to get it fast and conveniently without sacrificing flavor! *Egg sandwich and Orange Love juice pictured*

Phenomenal organic smoothies and fresh juices. Everything is 100% organic. This is our go to spot in the mornings for fresh cold pressed juices to start our day off right!

The smoothie bowls are so stinking good. I love stopping by for a snack! The parking is a little tricky but it's super convenient if you're walking or biking.

Cashew milk is made fresh everyday and is made in house, recommend it ice Cashew ice latte coffee, as someone from DFW Texas where there is an numerous of options this was the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Closes at 2pm but worth going!

I loved my experience at Prema organic cafe. My husband and I went a few times during our vacation on 30a and got both of the bowls. We especially loved the green dressing and tuna as an add on. I definitely recommend grabbing the breakfast cookie as a treat! The location is super convenient so you can bring your lunch to the beach to enjoy. I can’t wait to visit again!

I have several dietary restrictions and it was so nice to be able to order just about anything off of the menu knowing it wouldn’t make me sick. And not only that, it was delicious! We tried the carrot zucchini muffin, blueberry scone, egg sandwich, coffee and a smoothie and they were all so incredibly delicious!! I have no doubt we will be there several times this trip! And the staff was great…all smiles and very organized with a large crowd in line.

the BEST smoothie bowls!! i got the dragonfruit bowl and it was just amazing, great flavor and toppings. the workers are very efficient and hard working.

So happy to have found this spot while on a girls trip to Florida. We were within walking distance so we hit it up nearly every day we were there. For my Vegan friends, this is a great option. No dairy to worry about here! I had their Iced Match Latte with Cashew milk and I mean it when I say it was the best Matcha beverage I've ever had! When I came in another morning they were out of the matcha but were very accommodating to find something that I would enjoy and suggested the Golden Latte and it did not disappoint. Check them out if you need a yummy, healthy pick me up! Also the staff was so pleasant and friendly to speak with.

Real whole food. Excellent quality. I like that they offer Dave Asprey bulletproof style coffee‘s. I will definitely be a return customer.

Ahh I can't say enough good things about this place! This is like my favorite place to hang out at on the gulf! Love the organic juices, cashew caramel lattes, superfood salads, protein cookies and the whole feel of the tiny place! It's like my favorite daily go-to when I'm on vacation, whether it's for work or just to grab some healthy eats! I love supporting small businesses that make their own food from scratch and really care about health and wellness as a whole! <3 THANK YOU!!!

Quick, healthy food options that taste wonderful!! I had the Buddha bowl and my friend had the açaí smoothie bowl and both were fabulous!

Stopped in for a sandwich - it was very good! They had a great selection of grab'n'go items, Highly recommend.

Amazing salads, loaded avocado toast, and other vegan options. Indoor seating is very limited but the outdoor area worked just fine. Staff was a really friendly and there were plenty of to go options in the refrigerated area. Definitely worth checking out if you’re vegan or vegetarian.
