Everytime I call this store it seems everyone defend there bad judgment and when I'm trying to informed of a problem of a coffee cake that did not have a secure container closing, this is the second time. In an loud angry tone and not allowing me to explain and correct her the manager told me to call the company myself and that I mishandled the packages and they pop open which by law should be secured. She said she would transfer me to the manager and line went dead. Try to handle it locally.

Great prices great sales, lines are alway long not enough cashiers open.

This has always been a great store around the world Kroger products are reasonable but as far as this location with the workers it's more need to be done you may get lucky and find 2 cashier's working but they desperately needs better management skills for better training and hospitality of there franchise

Neighborhood store even with the prices going up it's stills convenient with fresh products etc

Very good stores for buying food for your self and children..Go there and shop, not always at the corner rip off price raising beat out foreign stores

Nice atmosphere and lots of fresh food and smiles. I was helped by someone who put something into my cart that I needed. Jesus went shopping with me so I would not forget this item! Thank You! God for whoever that was, who was used of God in that way!

This deserved a 5 star rating due to: they now have a GAS STATION, a FRESH seafood and the BAKERY is always on point! It has definitely upgraded since 3 years ago. The staff has changed a bit and it has a positive impact on us consumers. Parking is no problem, however it does get packed. Please arrive EARLY in the AM or late afternoon on weekdays :)

Stroller is consistently pack all the time with customers it's good to come very early because everyone comes to North and Cicero to shop. There is strip malls around and you can also get cash back 250 dollars but there is a $3 fee there is Lottery inside also you can cash. You can refund any item unless you have coupons if you have used that that purchase.

I've shopped here since they opened. A Wal-Mart is 2 1/2 blocks away too. So that's a clue on how much I love shopping at this Food 4 Less. There is a aisle where you can get certain items in a big family size container, also a aisle with goods from Mexico. 👍

Friendly people, great prices. Kroger brands are very good quality. Store well-organized.

Awesome selection of food choices, clean.
Some of the cashier are not up to greeting you when you move up in line or when you leave. Some bad customer service. Overall good place to shop😄😄

Friendly workers, good deals, & organize items in store

I started having a lot of pain by the time I made it to the check out line, I was in one of the Food 4 Less portable wheel chairs, and had more than 15 items in my cart, when in all of my 56 years on this earth ,met the nicest cashier, I don't know if she saw the pain in my face or what, but she told me to follow her to her line which was 15 ITEMS OR LESS, and said too me that she was here FOR ME!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT ANY TYPE OF STORE BEFORE, SHE SHOWED ME TRUE COMPASSION, SO MANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM HER, THANK YOU FOOD 4 LESS, FOR THE TRAINING YOU GIVEN YOUR STAFF, IT SHOWS!!!!!!!!!

This store has everything you need here including household and beauty products. Food is cheap here too!!

I honestly beg to differ as I spoke with Susie in the bakery department she responded and catered to my needs as if they were her own. I know that one person's opinion or review should and will not set the standard for this store

I'd like to shed light on a pleasant experience (provided by a young Food 4 less employee) which occurred "away" from the store on North Ave. and Cicero Ave. On Monday August 28, 2017, approximately 10:20p I was sitting in the Drive Through of a Wendy's restaurant. I looked up and noticed a young lady pushing an elderly woman across the parking lot in the direction of Wendy's. As she approached, I noticed she was wearing a Food 4 Less uniform and I.D. I greeted her and asked if the elderly woman was related to her. She replied "no". The young lady went on to say " I don't know her but she was hungry and I brought her to Wendys". Far too often, we hear of our young people not going over and beyond the call of duty. THIS YOUNG LADY DID and SHE SHOULD BE COMMENDED . She was reluctant to give me her name....I reassured her I only wanted to give her a positive and we'll deserved written report....her name is DANEISHA. CUDOS TO HER and FOOD 4 LESS!!!!

It was great the line was long the manager didn't open No more lines she was rude omg it was great took a hour and half to get out the store.

Everytime i go to food for less i find something cool since breaking mi leg i have fond the carts to be cool when riding the proces are fair and the people are nice i am not much of a person to shop tho so i tend to hang out with mi friends and shop as a group

Easy to shop but we need more people behind the register you be waiting for a long time to be taken care on
