Walmart Neighborhood Market

This is one of the few good Walmarts in Lubbock. The employees are always great and friendly. And they seem to be the same employees so you sorta grow to get to know them. Is that a good thing? The store is also always clean and organized. They seem to take pride in this location. Quick and easy, in and out. Overall, this is a great store and a great location.

Self checkout and in person checkout by cashiers are both always available here.

Customer service and checkout is always quick, polite and helpful at this location. There are a lot of employees that have been here for quite some time and it's nice to see the same friendly faces each time we go in!

The store itself is usually clean and well stocked. Bathroom is clean and well stocked.

Most times there are associates out on the floor stocking, cleaning or filling orders, so it's never hard to find someone if you have a question. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Recently tried grocery pickup for the first time and it was a great experience! It was raining and cold, but the associate who brought out the order was polite, helpful and made sure we had everything we ordered AND that it was loaded carefully into our vehicle.

Customer service desk closes at 8pm.

EVERYONE in the store was extremely friendly and kind! Unlike other Walmarts!!! Would definitely come again

We are regulars, so we are there often. 😀 The associates there are always helpful if needed, and there are a handful of employees that are just exceptional 👏 (I'm not sure if I can post their names 🤔 but for respect and safety, I won't) keep up the great work you all are appreciated 😀!!

Everything I needed was easily found. The prices were generally equivalent to United Supermarket prices; some items less and some items actually more. SURPRISE! The internet was right - all checkstands were in operation with WalMart clerks in attendance. I didn't notice a single self-check out. It was great!!!

Bought $60 worth of groceries at a cost of $107. Man what a deal!!!#$@%& Thank you Biden and those that pull his strings. It is not appreciated. The store and the employees are always perfectly fine in this new environment of reduced shopping hours, reduced manpower and reduced stock on the shelves. The plan for manipulation is working great as we continue to be drug down deeper daily.

I love this neighborhood Walmart has everything you need in one spot much smaller than all the other ones has a pharmacy groceries household supplies and a Murphy's in front of it for gas and cigarettes or whatever.

Not crowded very well stocked

This was my first time to go to this place. I was impressed at the layout and pricing. It is like a small town grocery store with a big store value.

The girl and customer service she is just so precious she's just really nice it helps me out whenever I need help the staff is awesome I think the store is well maintained sell out pretty fast on some things since it's just it's Christmas time but other than that I always have what I need check it out

Maan' i really liked the customer service side of an of an employee I meet at this neighborhood Walmart there tonight & it was right before they were about to close too. She did what CVS, WALGREENS, and/or 7-11 didn't do or are supposed to or at least capable of doing so. I'm talking about adding money onto my PayPal card, & may I add she did it easily and was very courteous. Thanks Walmart 😉

This has been my favorite Walmart in town since it was built. It is extremely convenient, and has all the every day necessities.
The staff is always kind and helpful.
The store is clean and well organized, including the bathrooms.
They regularly have items on clearance or rollback, so there are always deals to find here.

Love this Walmart, always so clean and manageable. Staff is friendly too! But the outstanding Pharmacist, Ajay is incredible. Such a sweetheart and hardworking! He administered our covid vaccines with a gentle touch and price matched my prescriptions to their pharmacy so i could drive up and get my prescriptions with convenience and trust

They fixed their pumps! I have only used their WalMart gas insulation but it is now quick and easy. Just watch out for other satisfied customers while pulling in and pulling out. Can get super busy during lunch and right after work. They also have a bathroom that was it's very clean, at least when I was there. It's my fuel stop when I'm headed home

This store is awesome. Wish we had a similar one in my neighborhood. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. You can get in and out fairly quick. Because it is smaller, you don't spend as much and don't have to walk long aisles to find your items.

Great and clean store

This is by far my favorite Walmart in Lubbock. It’s super convenient and they always have what I need. It’s nice to not have to wall through a bunch of things I don’t need to get the milk.

I mostly use their pick up service and every employee has been super friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. They always pick quality ingredients for me too!

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful. When I ask where something is, the staff doesn't just tell me where , what isle, etc, they walk me to the item I am searching for. If you have not tried this store, give it a try. Clean store, wide isles, super friendly staff ,not to mention great prices. I now use the pharmacy at this store. I can not say enough about the pharmacists that work there. Super friendly and take the time to explain how to use medications and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed like I have elsewhere at other pharmacies.

I truly enjoy shopping at the Neighborhood Market. I appreciate the friendly attitude and service from employees; especially, being greeted by all employees. In fact, some employees know me by name. When shopping at a Walmart Supercenter greeting guests does not exist. I value the convenience of parking spaces and easy flow. I have had several prescriptions filled and the pharmacy staff are very kind, respectful, and understanding.

When shopping, location of products is easy. If I can't find something, I can find an associate nearby to ask for assistance. I don't have to hunt through the entire store to find someone.

The store is always clean and inviting. The restroom is clean and does not stink.

While shopping today, I was greeted by the produce associate, the associate sweeping the floors with a machine, 2 checkers, all 3 pharmacy staff, and 3 stockers. That's awesome!

As an employee of a competitor (United Supermarkets), I can appreciate the prices, friendliness, and comfort of shopping at Walmart. Thank you!
