Just wanted to say the bakery did an amazing job on my daughters birthday cake! Absolutely wonderful! We threw my daughter a rave and I was so exhausted ordering I gave them creative freedom and they knocked it out of the park! Customer service was top notch! Thank y’all so so much! We love it

Went to find flowers for a special birthday and was not disappointed! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and we found what we needed quickly.

The manager went above, and beyond to help his cashier with her questions. He also told me to have a great day at the door! You don't
see this much anymore. He is a nice guy, and so were the cashiers!

Produce dept. has never looked better last 3 or 4 times in store. Fresh with everything I want and or need. They staff is always helpful and friendly! Keep up the good work!!

Excellent customer service! Very clean and organized store. And for someone to take your groceries out means a lot. So many have stopped doing such.
I will definitely be shopping here more. Found items in the floral department that I will be purchasing in a couple of weeks.

Being new to Lubbock I was pleased with selection. Better yet, the employees were so wonderful in helping me find what I needed in a new store. The employees either knew the the exact isle to send me to or walked me to the products I needed. I'll be going to United again soon.

Nice and helpful people, great customer service. Also they have a great selection of produce and fruit. There butcher section is good also and you can get meat cut to order. No long waits at the register if there busy they add another checker not just stand and watch. Great atmosphere.

United has done a great job of Full customer service in this store . It now does & has what my favorite Safeway in AZ had including their brands🎉 . Not a huge store but great nevertheless .

After the day I had I just wanted to grab stuff for dinner and get home. I was frustrated and tired. However, Randy the gentleman (who sacked my groceries) was such a pleasant surprise. He made my day go from awful to wonderful with his smile and wonderful customer service. That boy deserves praise because he was such a joy to me tonight! Thank you Randy (he was a teenager) and thank you united for your wonderful customer service

I love this United The workers are also so nice and helpful. Today however there were two ladies who drew extremely helpful. One of them helped me access my benefits on my wic card before I began shopping, while the other one helped me determine what brand of tuna my wic accepted since there wasn't any that was labeled. She grabbed all the possible kinds and went to a register and found out the correct one so I wouldn't have any issues when it came to check out. I can't not remember their names but they were extremely helpful tonight. Thank you United for always having nice and helpful workers!

It's very clean they're wiping down baskets and scooters as soon as they're emptied to cut down on bacteria and germs the store is clean people are courteous and trying to keep distances they're wearing their masks staff is wearing masks it's a great place to shop I'm really pleased with it

I had left my wallet there yesterday and they had it for me and the manager was so helpful! This is a clean store to go to and not to big and great customer service

Clean store friendly staff one of my favorites to go to. Never very busy so shopping is easy.

This is our neighborhood store. We have been shopping here ever since it was built. Our prescriptions are filled here. Very friendly staff. They are a great neighborhood store and they keep the parking lot clean as well as the store. Way to go!

Long time customer. Never had a problem there in 18 years. Average grocery selection. Great service. Excellent fresh food quality and rotisserie chicken.

I remember going here as a child growing up in North Texas. Not much has changed. Super friendly and happy to help staff...old fashioned hospitality with baggers who actually carry your groceries to your car. And PAPER BAGS!! you just don't see those much anymore.

This has always been an excellent store from the day it opened. Very friendly staff. Great selections. I only wish that United would lower the prices to compete with WalMart.
