Sometimes I feel it is too expensive but there is no other option until another good brand comes in the USA who focus on customer health rather than their profits

This was my local store for 2 years, and I love this Lush! The employees are the absolute sweetest and are always so helpful. The selection is also good and their recent remodel makes the space even more welcoming than it used to be. Even though it’s no longer my local store, I’ll be going out of my way to come here because the whole experience is so good every time I come here.

over all had a good experience here. i’m glad to have one closer to me than where i used to live. when i went to this location all i got was bath bombs because i haven’t gotten any in a while and my husband wanted to treat me. not too bad of a price per say for one, but when buy a good amount it gets expensive. but it’s worth it in my opinion

Wow! I've been to Lush stores in London, Tokyo, NYC, and Atlanta, and by far the folks here are some of the nicest Lush people I've met! One person helped me choose body washes + scrubs that were perfect for both my partner + me. Another person helped me pair a lotion (for my free sample) with the body wash. Needless to say - I was super-satisfied with the guest experience as well as the product experience (that was consistent with how they described it). I got the smallest version for each product (was visiting) but when I returned home, I went online to order the full sizes! 10/10!

Lush is an amazing beauty store. Lots of great gift boxes you can grab. Don't feel overwhelmed if you've never been in a store. The employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I have eczema so I try to be very careful about the lotion I use. Lush make it easy to find one that I know won't upset my skin!

This place smells amazing! So fresh and beautiful. The people that work here are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They let you test everything, they'll even give you a mini hand facial with their different products. I love that they are natural ingredients, free of a lot of harsh chemicals and no animal testing. Great selecting of clean beauty products and great gifts like bath bombs, soaps, etc.

Not only do I love the products here but the staff is amazing. They are always so helpful and answer every question you have. They will show you how things work and give you free samples to take home to try so you don't waste your money on something that may not work for you. That being said almost everything I have tried has been amazing. Their products just feel so good on your skin. They have lotion that makes you feel so smooth, great bath bombs, amazing soap, and the shampoo bars which don't waste packaging. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time coming back to shop at Lush after two years. I was coming in for some products I would usually use before and I was given the most amazing help from an employee, her name was Danielle (Hope I spelled their name right...) They were so kind and great. THANK U THANK U THANK U!!! I FEEL WELCOMED BACK INTO THE LUSH FAMILY✨✨

Been here a few times. Employees are always nice & helpful. Pretty small location, but most Lush stores in malls are pretty small regardless. Employees are always really patient when I list off different skincare concerns, & they are usually able to provide samples of most products if you're not sure about how something will affect your skin.

I went in for the first time today. I was very curious from the signs outside since it says the products are natural and cruelty-free. The first thing I noticed walking in is the great smell from the bath bombs and how colorful everything was. I know some people don't appreciate strong smells but I am a person that loves this sense. I am big on cruelty-free/vegan/environmentally friendly products so I was curious to see what the fuss was about. Right when I went in the two ladies came up to me to help me. One of them was Kayla! I asked for anything jasmine scented. They showed me a bath bomb that smelled just like jasmine (loved it) and they also showed me jasmine perfume (in love). Kayla went above and beyond and showed me a lotion bar that melts with skin contact and she put it on my arm (that was very nice of her and of course, it smelled amazing). They mentioned a bit of how the products are handmade and natural, I do wish they mentioned a bit more about the company's ethics and values. Kayla did tell me they had stores in Canada and I could buy online which was very helpful since that's where I live. I ended up buying the perfume and bath bomb and Kayla wanted to give me a sample of the lotion bar but couldn't find one so she went ahead and gave me a full size for free! That was excellent costumer service! She also mentioned how the packaging was made of recycled product (great info). I wish they mentioned a bit more about the ethics and values of the store though. The prices are not cheap but honestly, I think it is worth it considering it is natural, cruelty-free, vegetarian and vegan products, handmade, etc. I don't mind paying a bit more for great products from stores that care about our planet and animals. We spend way more in other products just because they're well-known brands.
I highly recommend this store. The sale associate Kayla was very professional, friendly, and helpful! I have already spread the word about this store and I will for sure come back and will buy online from Canada.

I absolutely love every time I walk into this Lush location. The associates are always incredibly helpful and easy to talk to and always get me what I need. I met Claire yesterday and she demonstrated multiple products on my hand to help me decide what conditioner and what face mask i liked best. They are the best and I'm always happier when I leave the store! Keep up the fantastic work, Lush UTC Associates!

I love this sore! If you've never been into a lush store this is a must!! They let you sample everything you want, and they will even give you little take home samples if you want, which is super nice. Everything in the store is vegan and naturally made (they say you can eat everything that they make). Overall it's just a fun experience

The girl with the blue hair and double nose piercing was AMAZING. I worked at Lush a few years ago so I knew a bit about how it goes. She had outstanding customer service and made sure I left happy with a vamped up skin care routine. Thank you!!

Love this place and every product they carry! The people that work there are very knowledgeable and approachable. The freshly made, all natural facial masks can help correct just about any skin concern. And, I'm addicted to their bath bombs - all of them!

Very cool concept, products and staff. All of the other comments are on point with the quality of the product. However, I wanted to applaud the young lady that helped me. I believe her name was Cassandra and she had been with the company only 1.5 years and already had a wealth of knowledge, amazing customer service and made me an avid fan of the company within a 20 minute visit. I will certainly be a return customer.

Everyone that works is always so nice and helpful to me! I absolutely am obsessed with their bubblebars. Most of their scents are amazing and I still have yet to find one I don't like.
