I love to see that this location has really stepped up its game in the last 3 months or so. I know they have changed one of the managers because the difference is incredible. This man is always checking stock with his iPad making sure what needs to be ordered is on order and never hesitates to say good morning to customers. He always offers help to customers and has asked for feedback several times. The change in the bakery department is immense. You can finally walk into the store at 7am to the sight of fresh bread and bagels. What a relief.

Well organized and they seem to have a little bit of everything this was a nice store they kept it up and the energy was really good in there I really liked the flowers in the front because they were vibrant and very inviting

Ordered a few last minute staples for Christmas and the store was out of Butcher's Twine. The butcher hooked me up with enough to tie up my rib roast. It was a small gesture, but I very much appreciate the generosity!

I went into Vons rushing and confused on what to grab and the florist hands down made yesterday the best. The fine details that she helped iron out with the flower selection and the extra care in making it personal on a whim will definitely be appreciated. Better than going to a floral shop. 🥰

A very talented and lovely young woman named Christine helped me put together an emergency bridal bouquet and she wasn't even from the flower department. Awesome service!

Michael Wagner is his name and when I couldn’t reach the Lipton soup mix on the shelf… and forgot to get limes… I ask him to help me and he was so sweet to retrieve both for me while I was in line! I was in a hurry and he made my shopping trip to Vons Governor Dr a big success! Who says young people don’t provide great customer service! Thank you Michael Wagner and Also Paul who was an octopus helping everyone at once while checking customers! He was amazing too!

Left my pocketbook on a cart, and a wonderful neighbor kind Samaritan handed it in to Lost and Found. I totally believe management of this Vons and its helpful employees had a role to play in this miracle.

Smaller than most of the Vons I'm used to so it doesn't have a lot of the items I usually see. However, the employees seem to be nicer and the supervisor was almost as happy as I was that I won a gift card from the monopoly game :)

Amazing people, and always have the food you love 😁. Highly recommend the meat from the deli, the honey smoked ham sandwich is amazing.

The current store manager, "Fletch", is incredibly customer-sensitive and always helpful -- as is "Mike" the assistant manager. Both gentlemen are extremely professional and sincerely care about high quality performance and the freshest products. Give this store another chance, now that it's under improved management. I've known Fletch since his previous assignment at the Murphy Canyon store. All of his employees admire him and profoundly respect him. That's precisely why I shop at the Governor's Drive location -- because Fletch and Mike are there.

Very nice staff! Feels like a neighborhood grocery store in all ways!

All I have to say is the morning bakery crew especially the pony tail latina make the BEST bagels in town as long as you are there by 6:30am. OMG they are way better than Einstein's and others. Thank you for dealing with my impatience and Thank you for the delicious Bagels.

Orderly and well-stocked neighborhood store. Solid produce department. I especially greatly appreciate all of the efforts of the individual staff and management during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the worst of times they stepped up!!! Thank you.

This is a smaller size Vons, however the inventory is very fresh, and the staff is very customer friendly.

My favorite Vons it's always clean and easy to find the items I need the self check out is awesome with a attended near by always

my cashier was great!...but why only one standing at the front. You should always have two.

Covenient and close by, and it has all the basics and a great bakery and deli, and even a flower shop. Now has self checkout too. I recommend to everyone.

Nice store nice employees a little small but good parking so maybe a five or four and a half but nice store overall
