I was visiting my mother for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost. As she lives across the street from Nordstrom, I decided to walk across and go shopping for basic stuff... starting with underwear and bras
I need to give a shout-out to Lynn, in the lingerie department. She was above and beyond helpful in helping me to find and replace the items I needed. Her attention to detail and customer needs is superb. Thank you, Lynn!

Nordstroms at the u t c mall is beautiful and extra large. Everything you need inside from mac and sunglass hut. Plenty of helpful staff including Coco in the makeup department

A+ Nordstrom location. The staff is very responsive and not too pushy. Plenty of fitting rooms, never too crowded. Great selection for mens and womens

Javier's at Westfield UTC: Friends of ours took us out to dinner to this place. It is a rather local chain but really commendable. not cheap. main dishes are between 28 and 79 USD. The interior design is really cool, the place has a vibrant atmosphere. The food was really good Mexican cuisine. But it is more the place than the kitchen which makes this restaurant stand out.

Angelica Aguilera in fragrance is my favorite employee at this location. She is so passionate about her work and is brilliant with suggestions. My now 2nd late husband and I were looking for a new signature fragrance for my 50th birthday and she went above and beyond helping us find the perfect scent. She also is wonderful about working with other departments like cosmetics and has found me products I wouldn’t have discovered on my own that are now my new favorites. Nordstrom is so lucky to have her as she provides the level of custom service that Nordstrom became famous for… I only shop with Angelica for all my needs she is that fantastic.

It’s great the selection and price points they have. Shoes from $1000-50! :) It was a good lesson for my kids to decide where to spend their money. They decided to keep money in the bank and still get decent shoes. :)

Always 5 STAR SERVICE from Nahid in the Children’s department! She always greats my kids and I with the warmest genuine smile, even if she’s incredibly busy. She is professional, kind, amazing with kids, and such a lovely associate! Nordstrom is very lucky to have someone like her on the team!!

I'll preface this review by saying that I rarely shop at malls, however, I needed something that I can where tomorrow for a job interview.

Adia greeted me relatively quickly and kindly took everything I was holding to a dressing room. She checked on me while in the dressing room, showing she had not forgotten about me. After, I had spent what felt like forever trying on pants, she asked me if I had found anything I liked. I told her that I had and continued to look to see if I could find anything else for the occasion. After a few minutes of wandering around, she asked if I needed any more assistance and provided helpful suggestions for further pants buying. I could tell this young woman genuinely wanted to help and felt comfortable in her element. Even though, I probably won't be back any time soon because I shop online, Adia left a wonderful taste in my mouth for in person shopping.

Sherri did a wonderful job introducing herself and offering me help without any pressure. I came in to buy myself a belated Christmas present and wound up being educated on different colognes and fragrances worn by English kings! I now am the proud owner for the first time in my life of a Creed fragrance. Thank you again, Sherri for all of your help and expertise.

They were extremely friendly here. My friend wanted an opinion on a dress for a wedding in Scotland. The tailor was very informative and walked us through many options. It made my job incredibly easy as the GBF (gay best friend).

In the end we settled for a floor length navy blue gown with a train with floral sleeves.
