I shop there often. I always get great service and their on line coupons are really nice. I save so much money by shopping here.

I really like the cvs in collinsville va it's very nice and staff are very friendly and kind very helpful and even I'm the back in the pharmacy they are very kind and helpful great place 🙂

CVS COLLINSVILLE PHARMACY HAS BEEN GREAT. THEY WORK WELL WITH YOU AND TAKE THE TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN TO YOU ABOUT YOUR MEDICATIONS. SO FAR EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING.

Probably the most efficient store, that i shop at! The employees, are extra friendly, and extra helpful. They all look like they are glad you chose their store for purchasing items!!!

I used to really love this store. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help but lately, they have carried some very odd, inconsistent hours so you never know if you’re actually going to be able to pick up your medications that day. My 5 year old broke his arm badly and was in a great deal of pain and when I went to pick up his pain medication at 5pm, they were already closed and this was still within their “normal” hours of operation.

The one good thing this store had going for it was it's staff. I was irritated with the irregular hours but was fine dealing with it because the previous workers were great. It is now newly staffed with rude and inexperienced workers and this location should be avoided. I've been a customer here for 8 years, and now I'm going to have to switch to a new pharmacy.

Irregular hours- & not open when they say they’ll be. Much higher prices than other places. I’ll stick with Walgreens.

No cashier up front I personally had to walk by the office and ask for a cashier. Of course that didn’t sit to well . Of course I wasn’t greeted and of course I wasn’t ask about my extra care card or phone number . I brought 5 gift cards and the cashier never told me that they were activated but I knew by looking at the receipt. Customer service wasn’t good at all, but that’s the service you get when you only have 1 person other than pharmacy personnel running the store .

Store is clean with nice employees at the front. The pharmacy is horrible. There is a tall guy working there that can be very rude and intimidating. I don't know what his beef is, but I've taken my pharmacy business elsewhere.
