I have always been treated like family in O'Reilly Auto Parts. I'm well known as a customer. I've always been able to get any part that I've needed since I've started visiting O'Reilly. If they don't have the part that I need 95% of the time I'll have it the next day or if I call or ask if they have the part it in the morning they'll have it delivered by afternoon

O'Reilly is my go-to auto parts store. The staff is always reasonably helpful, but I'm fairly well versed, your mileage may vary. I think their prices are reasonable they're usually inventory, or a very short wake to get the part that you need. They take waste oil in back, but you got to dump it yourself, so bring some gloves or an apron depending on how messy you are
Handicap parking is right at the front door, so access is pretty easy.
When you come here the only thing about the way the streets are laid out in Holly springs is that it's easier to depart through the Sonic parking lot, or through the advance Auto parts store parking lot to the north, so that you get a left turn, not a big deal if you're making a right turn but if you want to make a left turn towards downtown Holly springs it's not accessible to make a left turn directly out of the parking lot of O'Reilly's. But hey maybe that's a good reason to come around noon and get a burger and a shake at Sonic's, I've never had a problem going through either one of these parking lots, and it may just be the way they desired it to happen when they built the place but sometimes it's hard to figure out why Holly springs is laid out the way it is. The city of u-turns.

Just had a battery installed by Steven and he was extremely courteous and efficient. Changed the battery and windshield wipers with amazing speed! Great staff! DD

They got our parts in 5 weeks sooner and 2000 dollars cheaper than the Ford dealer right down the street. They were professional and offered to carry everything to our truck and loaded it for me to perfection. These gentlemen have earned my continued business at o'reilly's for quite a long time. Every time we need a part now I'm going to be shopping here instead of using the dealership.

One of their sales staff , " Tadpole", was really knowledgeable and had the exact parts i needed! Of course, he has approx. 40 yrs. Experience in parts, which tells the story! I'll be going back again !!!

Savannah was a huge help. I had a bad gasket that was under warranty and she got me out the door with a new gasket in less than 5 minutes.

I've been going to O'Reilly's for at least 10 years and they have always had what I've needed, even some things that are considered special orders at Advanced Auto Parts and Auto Zone. Also a couple Free Services that O'Reilly's have includes, Checking if your Battery and Alternator are Charged and Charging Correctly as well as if your Check Engine Light is on, they will check it out by hooking a Scanner up to your OBD2 Connection Harness under the driver side dash on vehicles that are 1996 and Newer. Finding out what your Check Engine Light is on for can help u decide on what needs to be fixed and the next step you need to take. So O'Reilly's definitely deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond in Customer Service in my opinion.
