The absolute worst no since or urgency no respect even the store manager is rude. I went to pick up my mom’s medicine after she was released from the hospital from having a stroke, they told me to come back at 7pm still wasn’t ready. I went this morning at 9:15 she said to give her until 10:45 I went at 11:15 she said give her 30 more mins she has hundreds of others to fill.

switching pharmacies ASAP. if I could give 0 stars, I surely would. do yourself a favor and skip this Collinsville Walgreen's location all together! rude , nasty attitude & no understanding for your situation.

This pharmacy has gotten ridiculous! Your meds get sent in and you check their app and it says they will be ready at such and such time 4 hours later they are still not ready! You almost have to keep calling or show up there to get them on time and then you still have to wait 30 mins in the parking lot after waiting to go thru drive thru for them to say they are not ready! I understand they have a lot of customers but their app should not tell you they will be ready after 12:30 or whatever time and you show up at 3 and they still not ready!

My fence stay on the phone waiting on them to answer the phone for 31 minutes waiting on them to answer the phone which theynever did .he goes over there an they still tell him he has to wait till 12:30 to get his medication. Let there be know there was no one there waiting on there medication except him. Everytime he goes over he has to wait for his medication 30 to a hour knowing his prescription is sent in 3 days before they are due let there be know he got the covid an trying to stay home an they want work with him

Don't know what has happened here, but this pharmacy used to be top notch, but it has messed my wife medicine up twice. She needs insulin and they put it off force days so far because they said the doctor left something off,but doc ty or said it should be filled. Wife currently looking for another pharmacy, she has been there for many years. I dont recommend.

I was in the Walgreens at the corner of Kings Mountain Road and 220 North just nowBy 10:15 on the 9th of December and the young lady running the register with no help at all.I understand your dashWe supposed to find our own stuff but when look for something and can't locate it they're supposed to least for our father they don't have it.

Pharmacy closed for five days without warning and I have had to go without my medication.

This pharmacy has gotten absolutely ridiculous.
