Popped in today because I need a new push mower for the upcoming season. Purchased a Scag 30" with swiveling wheels on the front. Huge bag to catch the clippings! Salesman was very knowledgeable, explained all of the details of the mower. Saved $900 because it was on sale. This store has really improved since the new owner took over!! Great job guys.

Awesome customer service. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I called for a oil filler cap for a chainsaw and wasn't sure the model, and when I had to go check they patiently waited, didn't rush me, and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing right when I called like other places I called. Really appreciate that. And they know their stuff. Will definitely be doing more business with them. I highly recommend stopping by here.

By far the best equipment buying experience we've had. These guys were able to provide the exact piece of equipment we were looking for, at a great price. We had tried to deal with several other dealers, but nobody seemed to want our business. Gabe and the crew here really took care of us. They definitely earned our future business

We purchased a Tiger Cat II. The mower is great but the customer service experience is what was the best! Max worked with us on the sale and he went above and beyond. We live over an hour away and he sent photographs, information and worked with us to get the mower delivered. We could have bought this same mower local BUT it was the customer service that changed our decision. Chris was great too, he delivered us and helped us with the introduction and use of our new mower. This is the place to buy a mower! The care!!!

I normally do not leave reviews but for this place I had to. We just moved to the area and were in need of a good mower for the 5 acers of rolling hills. David was incredible to work with and even stayed late to make sure everything was handled. As far as the mower, I ended up with the SCAG Patriot and what a beast. That mower does great, not a single issue anywhere on the property. I would highly recommend this store for their equipment and outstanding customer service. Thanks again David!

We decided to try the Mower Store after seeing their ads and wanted to go somewhere besides a big box store where no one knows the answers to our questions and you take a chance on what you're buying. Very friendly people that work there and they know their products. We were shopping for a battery weed trimmer and they showed us what they had in stock and showed us how they worked. We bought a combo set at a great price and they assembled it as we paid for it. Highly recommend the Mower Store and will go there again for any of our mower needs.

I went in to The Mower Store today for my first time. I met the owner, some of his team and employees. Every one that I came in contact with spoke to me. The owner is very down to earth and everyone there is knowledgable about the products that they offer and service. I would highly recommend working with any one of them and shopping with them. Supporting locally, this company loves our city, our town and our country. Not only do they have what you need for lawn care, but they are able to fix them here as well. I look forward to visiting the Farmers Market now and trying one of their Smoothies !

Went by there today to get brush cutter repaired . I had taken the brush cutter apart and found it had a broken throttle. They said they had a new policy and would have to charge me a $40.00 diagnostic fee. I told them I had already diagnosed the problem.Still said I had to pay the fee.l got my drush cutter and left. This place will nickle and dime you to death with all their fees. I would not recommend them to do business with. I know I never will.
I received a call from the owner within 1 hour of post. He explained that the tech should have called it a deposit instead of a diagnostic fee. He took the initiative to explain what had happened and asked for my input. So if you have an owner like this willing to work with a customer and make things right it is a business worth doing business with. For this reason I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.

My wife and I came here to purchase a weed eater. I have not seen Caleb since he was a student in high school and he was the one who helped us. Caleb and his staff were very professional and he was so attentive to what we would be using the equipment for. He showed us the pro's and con's of each item and made sure that we got what would work best for our needs, even at the cost of losing money on a more expensive item. My wife and I were so impressed with the attention to detail shown to us that we will never go to a big box store for this type of equipment again. The mower store has earned our business. Even if the item costs a bit more, we will bring our business there because of the great experience that we received today. I would give more stars but I am limited to only five. I highly recommend using The Mower Store for your lawn care needs.
