We love this store! They've been servicing our mailing needs for a few years now and it's been seamless. We have an excellent business relationship and look forward to continuing our partnership!

I received amazingly thorough service here today. The fingerprinting available at UPS has been difficult to use, but Ahmed (I think?) helped me out until I completed the process successfully. It was such a pain, so thanks for the help!

These guys are amazing, they handle all of my mailing needs and are always available to help me! Highly recommend using this store and the owners ability for all your shipping needs, business and personal.

This UPS store is outstanding! The employees go above and beyond to help you and are always welcoming and friendly. This is not the case at a lot of retail places. I have been to the UPS store off of Youngfield in Applewood and have been treated rudely and disrespected on multiple occasions. I’m not the only one either. Many of my friends have been treated the same way. So, if you need anything that a UPS store can provide and you want a wonderful experience, please go to the Colfax store. AMAZING people at this place! There was a blizzard the day before I went to mail my package, so ended up at this location since they were actually open (the one by my home was closed). I was shipping a fairly fragile dress and did not have anything to pack it. Not only did Scott and Autumn take extra care to make sure my package was wrapped and packaged properly, afterwards I received text messages and a follow up with how things looked before it was sent out. Unfortunately, shortly I dropped off my package (I was mailing something I sold off Facebook Marketplace), I figured out my buyer was fraudulent. I texted back to the store (I was on hold with PayPal verifying the fraud transaction) and they immediately pulled the package for me. When I arrived to pick my package back up, I felt a bit traumatized from my buyer taking advantage of me. The people working there were so kind to me. Both Scott and Autumn were patient and empathetic to my situation as I cried in the middle of the UPS Store. Such great people. It was exactly what I needed. Scott offered to refund everything from the shipping down to the box. Super glad they were able to act super quickly and help retrieve my package before it left. I really needed a friend at that moment, and they responded like great family. Would drive out of my way again to work with this team! Above and beyond customer service!

Since Scott, the owner, hired new staff a few months ago, the service is AWESOME!! The mail gets sent out on time and calls are made to verify if/when to mail at times when not much mail has accumulated. Jasmine has been extremely helpful in watching for certain pieces of mail. I really enjoy chatting with her as well as all the new helpers! We have been a customer at this Lakewood, CO store since 2007 & the workers now are the BEST!!

Thank you to Scott, Autumn and Zac for the outstanding service in shipping out my high ticket items. There communication and customer service were all top notch. I also had a high priority package shipped to this location and was very pleased with the communication and safety I felt with having this item delivered to the store. Went to this store a couple of weeks ago to ship a box and they were awesome! Super friendly and knowledgable. I needed to reschedule the delivery date of my shipment a couple days after it went out and was having issues with the general UPS customer line. I called this location and they got it sorted out for me. Thank you Ghasan!!

The store manager Jasmine, was very helpful in regards to a very confusing situation with a package I shipped from her store. UPS help desk, I felt was not very helpful for her and appeared they wanted to argue with her. She stayed calm and was very gracious as are all the employees in this store. I will continue to use this store. Everybody is happy and helpful during these very trying times. Kuddos!

I love this store. It's our neighborhood UPS Store and we come here all the time. Just now, I came in to fax a 42-page document and Scott (the owner) gave me a discount because it was such a big job. He helped with the process and was very friendly. These guys are the best! Highly recommended 😊

This UPS Store is amazing. As a director of workplaces I have been in hundreds of mailrooms across the world and this one is one of my favs.
Always friendly, courteous. I want to especially call out Destinie Eller. She is amazing. I just moved to the Denver area so I have a ton of Amazon boxes coming in. She always has my items ready and seems to recognize me even w/ a mask on and easily multi-tasks to get me squared away. I've seen her navigate some extremely tough customers and never seems to lose her cool. And she might live at this location because she is always there. Give her a raise before I steal away your talent and hire her myself! haha.
