I cannot imagine going to any other CVS. I have never had a bad experience here. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even if there are only 2 cashiers and the line is crazy they always have smiles on their faces and are very pleasant. I have always had a good experience with the pharmacy side as well! 5/5!

I can not be more thankful for the red head that works evening at the Bellevoue CVS. They are always super busy but she takes the time to help me with an insurance issue and explain my medication to me.

The friendly nature and helpfulness is worth the wait!

Best experience I’ve had in a pharmacy. The pharmacist, Isaac, offered me a flu shot. It took no time at all, was completely free, and I couldn’t even feel the shot!

This CVS is the only one I like to go to. Great service. Knowledge staff and nice Pharmacist. They may not be the largest size but they make up for it is customer service.

Hi CVS, what’s the point in chucking in online for the Covid shot when the staff at the pharmacy have no idea you’ve checked in? Please don’t tell people that. Now I feel rude for being slightly rude to your staff that are trying their best.

I purchased an Amazon gift card at the store, within 5 seconds (truly) I noticed the card was just for digital movies/tv shows. I immediately asked to exchange it for a general Amazon card. They told me that gift cards are non-refundable, they could not make an exchange. When I asked where they posted that information, they showed me a return policy that was covered up by carton of misc. merchandise. Also, the return policy was on the receipt, but I got the receipt AFTER I purchased the card. They told me to call Amazon and have them take care of it.
