Marco was amazing in his customer service. He helped me wit multiple issues over 2 days. Showed extreme patience and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a top notch Verizon employee!

Austin was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! He even stayed past closing to make sure our devices were working and everything was loaded correctly He even put our screen protectors on! I would definatley recommend going to the Cheney location!

Stopped in with a question about a data usage alert on my phone. They explained what it was and quickly fixed the situation. They also fine tuned my account and cut my monthly bill by almost $2o. Can't ask for better service than that.

Very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond to secure me the best deal on two new iPhones. They even used some spare phones they had laying around in their store for trade in credit toward my purchase which saved me a few hundred dollars. Good experience overall.

In the past few weeks I have had one challenge after another regarding my phone, Verizon account and attempt to install a new internet device in my home. I have never met an employee more seemingly knowledgeable regarding any of my endeavors. What is even more important I am very hard of hearing grand Austin has gone out of his way to accommodate. Y hearing loss so that Verizon did not lose me as a customer. In fact he just now assisted me in return I g a device that I would not have been able to do on my own. Sadly it did not work in my older home. He is very professionally and an eager Verizon employee but helps and accommodates clients so it is a win win. I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years and because of Austin I plan to stay a valued and satisfied customer. Thank You Austin
