The customer service at this location was amazing. We were helped by a gentleman named Paul and I wish that all customer service experiences were like this. He was fully engaged, pleasant to deal with, eager to help and also did exceptionally well at handling the issue I came in with.

I stopped into the Cheney location to purchase some accessories for my iPad, they were very helpful. Sierra looked in the back and called around other stores to find one for me since they didn’t have them in stock. She also gave me pricing and options to order what I needed. Very friendly staff!

I received some of the best customer service I have ever had. Britney took the time needed to get what I wanted done. She helped me unlock a phone and worked through the phone channels for me like a champ. I tried on my own first, but I could’ve just gone in at first and saved so much time and effort.

I’ve been meaning to get my phone upgraded and I finally decided to go, and a guy helped me, I think his name was Anthony, really helped me get the phone I wanted and made it super quick and easy. Super good service.

My husband and I have had many unique situations when it comes to phones/phone companies and Jose S has been the best customer service representative for t-mobile! He remembers my husband and I and other customers names, he goes out of his way to help us figure out what is going on with whatever it is we are dealing with. I highly recommend this tmoblie over others we have visited in spokane. We have been with tmoblie for over 2 years and am very satisfied!!
