AT&T Store

I'll always come to the Att in Cheney. They are always on top of things when I come in for questions or need new phones. They give me quotes that I can understand and make sure I know what in paying for. Jamie and Sam never steer us wrong!

The manager of store and her other employee greeted me in the middle of the store and asked if I had any questions, I told them I wanted to know about the iPhone 15 and Jamie got one ordered for me in under 30 minutes I was headed out the door very happy with my experience at this store. Jamie is always very helpful and very attentive to my requests as we went through this process.

I went in looking to upgrade and get some corresponding ear buds. Jaime worked with me. Initially the store website couldn't locate what I wanted or if it did, it couldn't be done in store. Jaime went out of her way to find what I wanted and called me personally to let me know she had found a way to make it work. I got exactly what I wanted and wasn't pushed to get something else.

Jamie is always helping us. She never hesitates to help us with our phone questions.

This is the best AT&T Store around, and Tyson is fantastic! This is the kind of customer service that you should find at AT&T, well, at any store really. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He always makes sure that devices are working as they should and that everything you come in for is addressed. Thank you so much Tyson!! You're the reason that AT&T still has us as customers after 21 years (since Cingular)! :). I highly recommend this location!

Tyson E., you’re awesome!!! Thank you for your fantastic customer service! The company that purchased this AT&T store still has major glitches-we’d made online appointments and even had email verification, but apparently, it’s not hooked up to the actual Cheney store!, plus, despite Tyson’s frequent requests to the parent company to fix it-the thermostat doesn’t work and it was 90 degrees inside the store (but the thermostat said it was 70!). Anyway, Tyson E. was awesome in helping the three of us set up our new phones and put the new glass protectors and cases. He deserves a raise!!!

Tyson is great!! I had my girlfriend join my plan and Tyson helped us get her transferred over with no complications! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything that got us the best bang for our buck in terms of our plan.

Tyson was very kind and was able to have an answer for every question I had. He was able to multitask when multiple people came in at once. The experience of adding a line and buying a phone for my daughter was quick and efficient. Thank you Tyson!

Tyson is a gem! Not only did he get me a new SIM card bc my other one had issues, he gave me lots of info on similar devices, as well as discount options! Next time I'm not bothering with customer service, I'm just going to the store to talk to Tyson.

Outstanding!!! After 7 hours on 611 help, talking to 12 different customer service reps, hung up on 3 times, promised a call back from 4 (which never happened) to fix a mobile hot spot issue I ended up at the Cheney AT&T. Tyson greeted me with friendliness and an exceptionally positive attitude! He knew exactly what was wrong & how to fix it and had me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! Went to the Cheney ATT store and worked with Tyson yesterday. He was absolutely amazing! We went in looking to add a line and he ensured we were on the best plan and even got us more for our money. He was upbeat and cheerful and great to work with! Will 100% come back again and recommend others to this store!!

Most of the time entering a retail tech environment with a complicated plan in my head it can be frustrating for all. I'm an older guy still and think I'm still in the know. Tyson of the Cheney AT&T store recognized the complexity, provided solutions, communicated them effectively, and produced results that fit my needs perfectly. Thank you, Tyson.

I went in to upgrade my phone and Tyson was incredibly helpful! He made sure to tell me exactly what we were doing as we were going through the process because I had asked a couple questions prior to actually making up my mind on whether I’d be upgrading my phone or not. He was also super patient while I was making up my mind on which phone to choose. Amber who was also there not only helped me choose out my case but was engaging in a conversation with us while we waited. All in all both Tyson and Amber were super helpful and beyond awesome with their customer service!

Strongly recommend going to the Cheney AT&T store! Tyson was able to troubleshoot a complicated transfer with multiple phone lines from a different service provider. Tyson is knowledgeable, professional, and a fantastic customer service rep! Will definitely be going back for future phone and internet needs!

Fantastic service from Tyson! He’s always helpful and cheerful even when issues arise
which are out of his control. I’ve been with AT&T over 20 years and have never had the kind of service in store I had from Tyson. If you visit the Cheney, WA retailer, ask for him.

I made the spontaneous decision to buy the new iPhone 12 and I went to the AT&T closest to me. Never, in a million years, would I expect to have one of the best customer service experiences ever! Tyson was the person who helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my phone, the best deals in the store and even helped my dad who was on a phone call with me! If you need a new phone, or need some questions answered, go see Tyson!

Highly recommended! Trystan the manager was very kind & helped me get exactly what I needed. Tyson & Mike are great workers and were super nice & made it a great experience for me. I will definitely be coming back when I need to update my new phone.
