AT&T Store

Very helpful staff, helped me lower my bill an extra $20 by adding aarp. The ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly 10/10 will recommend!

We went to see Victoria at the Marrero, La store and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the products and services. She is an amazing asset to her employer. Her smile is infectious.

My visit at ATT was great! Imani, the ATT rep was very helpful and made the process of buying a new phone quick and easy!

I went saturday my phone broke, and the guy helped me and gave me the phone number to get it started to fix. It got fixed then today I went back to get my phone unlocked. Great staff and knew exactly what to do.

I came in to start a business account and was greeted by Chantell. She asked me what brought me in and listened to everything I talked about. For a chance, someone who cared. She was patient and made sure my plan was a reasonable price. I had to come in twice, and both times she made sure I was well taken care of. This location has the best manager ever. Also she was very entertaining. Kept me laughing the entire time. Thanks Chantell for everything. I will be back.

Shayne was by far one of the best reps I have dealt with. He went above and beyond to help me. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I told him what I was interested in for my plan, and he made it happen. He made sure I was happy with my entire purchase before leaving the store & never rushed me on a decision. He even stayed past his shift to complete my phone setup. If you need to go to an AT&T store, go to Marrero and ask for Shayne.

The manager helped me during my visit. I switched from boost. My daughter came here 2 weeks ago and recommended her. She was very patient and professional. She kept us entertained and very comical. I sat on the phone with customer service for hours and they could not help me. I walked into this location and encountered the store manager Chantell. I was greeted by everyone in the store as soon as I walked in. Natalie was the representative who helped me. She was very patient with me and helped me switch over 4 lines. She even helped me activate my new phones once they were shipped. Natalie was great and very knowledgeable.

I came into store to get help with my email passwords. The manager Chantel was very patient with me. I'm retired and know nothing about phones. She helped me for a hour and never complained or got irritated. This location is lucky to have such an angel. Go see Chantell everyone.

I been dealing with this store since I got my plan about 3 years ago. The workers are caring and actually help with everything. I added my father on my plan and now my husband plus got an Apple Watch for myself and a galaxy watch for my mom. I will always deal with this store !

Today I came in At&t to switch over from Sprint to At&t, Mr. Shayne S. was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything to us about the plans and billing. We switched over 3 lines and he showed us how to work our new phones. I would gave him a 100+ on customer service. I would recommend anyone to him. He's the best at what he do. Melissa did an awesome job with assisting my cellular need and was very courteous and patient with me . Thank you At&t for such a great employée. I will be directing more customers her way.

The associate that helped me was great. I will be getting faster service that is not shared with other homes (as COX does) and my monthly charge will drop from $89.99 to $40. Cox's reliability and customer service has been awful for the 13 or 14 years we've had them. Our next door neighbor switched to AT&T two years ago, and has been VERY pleased with them!

I went into this store on June 4th after work. I was met by Natalie at the door. I told her I wanted to update my phon and have my watch looked at. She helped me with my new phone purchase and Shane helped to reset my watch. Natalie was Amazing. We joked around while waiting for my phone and laughed. I felt like I’ve known her for years. She was so Sweet, Funny and Knowledgable too. I really enjoyed having somebody so attentive and Fun waiting on me to make sure my experience was a Pleasant one. If you go to this store ask for Natalie or Shane and you will love there personalities!! Thanks Natalie for all your help!! Ms. D will definitely be back to see you when I need anything. 💕💕
