Update: The new ways are beautiful.❤‍🔥 Friendlier customer service,☺ employees not acting as if they own the store.🤨 I know nothing is going to be perfect, but it's a better shopping experience now.❤ It was beautiful to see whoever runs things actually listens to customers concerns.😌 You have a whole family of shoppers forever. All I ask is for a break sometimes on prices,🤑 can we get some deals sometimes hahaha.🥺 This inflation is killing us.😭 Oh wait sorry for the complaint coming: I bought some sweet potato pies on sale, and didn't enjoy it at all. They were literally bad. Can you tell your employees to put it on sale before it's not edible🥹. That's kind of unfair! I spend my money and have to throw it away. Other than that. I love the new way! Great job. 👍🏾🥰😁😍

My visit had 2 purposes- Drop off a package at the FedEx store and pick up several bottles of the store brand Pedialyte, fresh razors and a couple of snacks.

The visit to the FedEx store took only 3 minutes (2 minutes in line and 1 minute to give the Customer Service Rep the shipping label and the part I was shipping.
I spent about 5 minutes picking up the other items I wanted and was leaving the parking lot on my way home.
It appears there is a remodeling project getting underway and I'm not sure what's being changed or how long it will take to complete, so pack your patience and your manners because the employees have no say in the remodeling and can't change the schedule even if they wanted to.
Have a plan, stick to it and remember- a smile and a positive attitude may just help the situation go a little quicker.

This WalMart is clean and has friendly people. I get my free range eggs here. 18 cut for 3.48. That's what I'm talking about.

Rockie was sooooooo helpful! Went above and beyond to help me get the right battery for my car key and taught me how to assemble it. I was surprised and so happy someone would take the time to do that. Thank you Rockie! Was a pleasure to meet you :)

even though the store is being renovated, EVERYONE was helpful, not snarky, not rude, GENUINELY friendly

Hear Hear - Bravo - many thanks to the customer service department and all
the employees involved with the safe storage and return of my cousin's wallet and all of the contents including every dollar that was originally there in the wallet - she and I are so very thankful and appreciative of the honesty and thoughtfulness 🙏 shown today - this experience involves so many words of a complimentary nature that I could use - it would take me all day to compose - I again say and or text that this has made both me and my cousin realize that there is still goodness and humanity in this world and among all of us - so again I say thanks to the wonderful employees of the Marrero Walmart and for the effort involved with reaching out to my cousin Jodie Delaune and to myself - you guys are simply the Best!!!!

I do all my grocery shopping here! Great prices and value for what I'm getting, especially when buying Walmart's Great Value brand. Our customer service at the Barataria-Lapalco location is usually very good. The lights are always working inside and in the parking lot, which is a big perk.

It's a walmart. Littered with people that wear clothes and hairstyles you would think never to go out in public with as the elderly wait on an electric wheelchair to become available while the person who weighs 300+ of body fat strain the chair's battery. 3/4 of the registers closed both manned and automated. It's a walmart

Just saying while some associates do chat on their phone some actually are working with their phone because they need their work phone to find where things go, to clock in, get messages from management, see tasks for the day , print labels. Their work day requires a phone the majority of the time.

They always have what we need.

I love shopping at the marrero Walmart always stocked with the stuff I need an it’s a very clean Walmart an the lady by the automotive Ms Jen is very friendly and helpful An usually they have a manager named Matthew he’s always helpful an goes out of his way to help ! I rate this as my top Walmart’s to shop !! I’ve never been disappointed at this one!!!!

Love Walmart I used to work at the Walmart in Harvey la on Manhattan an I can find everything I need an sometimes things can be high but I love the store an the employees are not that helpful an some of them have nasty attitudes and that's not professional at all an sometimes they act like they don't here you wen you asking them something

This location has been pretty on point, especially as we are still dealing with the clean up efforts due to Hurricane Ida.

This location seems to be getting their shelves stocked a bit faster than the other Westbank locations, plus they have more lines open to help with the increase in customers.

The juice area (often empty in the other stores after Ida) has a decent selection. Its not 100 percent yet, but things are at least better than the first days after the storm.

Good shop and walk day. Found some cute shirts for my greatgrand twins +1. Got some ibotta refunds.

Pretty clean and well stocked for a Walmart. It is what it is.

The pharmacy at this location is in the top two for me in the country, the service at this location by far is among the best I’ve ever received. Our experienced anywhere! They are truly like family. Thank you for all that you do!

So I went to Walmart, did the self checkout and forgot 3 of the items I bought. I left them in a bag at the register and I didn’t realize it till I got home. So I went right back and explained everything to a customer service manager named Trevor. This guy was so knowledgeable and helpful on my situation. He knew exactly what to do, with no hesitation. He got me my items and got me out in less than 5 minutes. Please acknowledge this associate and give him a raise or a pat on the back. It’s people like him that keep me dedicated to shopping at this particular store, thank you.

Always satisfied with this location. Just what there to pick up some water. The tap water in our neighborhood smells and tastes horrible. I also use it to cook my food. Food really comes out tasting much better than when I use water from the tap.
