The staff is so awesome there. Very efficient and friendly. I will need to catch some names next time I’m there & revise this review. When doing an Amazon return I always hope the UPS Store will pop up as an option. So fast and easy.

WOW. I have never had such a positive experience at any other UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Haley processed my Amazon return so quickly and efficiently, I was honestly shocked. And she was friendly!!! The store is clean and organized. I’m SO impressed!!!!!!

I have gone to this store for years and will continue to do so. I was there yesterday and the staff was super attentive, friendly and helpful. They are customer focused and I would recommend this store to anyone needing something sent UPS. Thanks Jordan for making my experience excellent yesterday!

I had a great experience with this UPS store. The gentleman who helped me smiled and had a great attitude. I’ve never been there before but I will definitely be back!

I go to this UPS store very often to return items to Amazon. Everyone is very nice. If there is a line, they move quickly. There is good teamwork there and an overall atmosphere of friendliness.

Amazing customer service, right when i walked in everyone greeted me, lili helped me out shipping some boxes and she was amazing, she made the whole process really easy, the place is really clean and well maintained.

Haley, Austin and lily were great! Very patient and very quick, great customer service 10/10!

The young men working there saw me struggling with my packages & helped me carry them in without even asking.
They were helpful, polite & efficient!!

I had a large package approximately 44 pounds that needed to be returned using The UPS Store. I struggled to remove it from my trunk and awkwardly shuffled my way to and partially through the front doors. Upon realizing my dilemma, an employee literally catapoulted over the counter in an effort to assist me. He effortlessly took the large package and carried it to the front counter. The other employees were equally concerned and informed me about available carts to help with future packages. Impressive customer service!!!

Very friendly, helpful & professional. Prices weren't bad either!
They even let my put Googley sticker eyes on the box with the shipping label ☺☺☺

I frequent this UPS at least 3-4 times a week with packages. I am always greeted by friendly employees & a few of the guys there have gone above and beyond to assist me with large packages I couldn’t carry by myself. I go out of my way to come to this particular store simply because they are always welcoming unlike some of the other UPS drop off locations.

I wanted to write this note and just provide a huge thank you to Lili from this UPS store. I spoke with Lili this morning about an issue I was having with a company I sent my products back to. They wanted to charge me a $50 late fee because they said my order was not shipped on time. That was not true - I had dropped off my order on time. I had tossed away the receipt - something I will probably never do again. But Lili stayed on the phone with me so that I could explain what happened and I pleaded for a way for her to try and find my orders so I could provide proof to the company who was trying to charge me.

Lili was able to confirm my orders were indeed scanned on time. She went above and beyond and took pictures of each of my orders so that she could email them to me and she did this all very quickly while i heard the doorbell ring numerous times while i was on the phone with her. I just really appreciated her politeness when I was feeling frustrated.

UPS is lucky to have an employee such as Lili. Whether Lili is a manager or an associate at the desk - I just want to make sure you/she gets recognized for the help you provided.

This UPS store has the best employees! Went in to ship out christmas gifts to out of town family members. They packed and shipped out everything and every shipment showed up before their scheduled delivery time. Thanks UPS store west allis. They are my go to shipping store

I use only this UPS store. Everyone is super helpful and pleasant. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people. They are so patient.There’s still people out there that know what real customer service is.Thanks to all of you.😊

Jordan at the UPS Store #6257 in West Allis, on hwy 100 between Oklahoma & National Ave, is A Truley Fantastic Employee, A Gifted Customer Service Rep, Kind, Polite, Patient, Thoughtful, Caring, Industrious, Considerate, & an All Around Great Employee who UPS is Extremely LUCKY to have in it's employ!!! I cannot say enough about this young man, his personality, or skills!
I have been a West Allis resident my entire life & have been in retail since 1973, working many years at Elliott's Ace Hardware on 110th & Oklahoma, a hardware dept manager for them on 27th st, Fastsigns, American TV, Economy Lighting, etc...& so appreciate terrific service!!! Basically due to traffic I arrived at The UPS store last night right after the UPS driver was done taking the last packages for the evening. But the awesome employee who was working last night could see I was stressed out knowing that I had to get this package out asap and he went above and beyond by making a point to catch the driver before he drove away so that my package would get on the truck and not be late. I was so impressed and wanted to make sure that I mentioned this for others to know. Those guys always do such a great job there. They're always polite and they're always helpful!

I was at the UPS store to return some AT&T Uverse equipment and was having trouble with it. The UPS store personnel were very helpful and supportive. I especially appreciated the computer they have available for customers who suddenly find, like myself, that they must unexpectedly print a prepaid return label. I was so grateful for that, since I really didn't want to drive all the way home in rush hour traffic just to print a label.

The kindest, most efficient employee just moved six people through the line in less than a minute! He is exactly the face that you want during this busy holiday time he was outstanding!
