Love this toy store so much! Such a fun variety of items for all ages. My go-to place for birthday gifts - they always have the best selection.

Well maintained store and friendly staff. My children love to browse the selection. Best place to get calico critters. They also tend to have some discontinued Legos for sale.

Amazing, LOCAL toy store! Oh, they have my heart! Really high quality brands, lots of games, we will definitely be going and supporting this business. And the location is *so* fun, tons of stuff for kids around - you could easily spend a whole day in this shopping area (we did!)

Extremely friendly staff who are willing to take the time to show you their favorite gifts and top brands. I was super impressed at the selection and excellent prices. They had beautiful music boxes in stock that I had paid at least $20 more for at another store, plus a better variety of designs. Their kids arts and crafts section is excellent as well. On top of all that they offer a gift wrapping for a small price. I will definitely be back!

This is my favorite toy store! I grew up shopping here and now shop here for my children. They have the largest selection of Playmobil in the state and offer a great diversity of toys that you can't find online. I especially appreciate the international and Montessori-inspired toys for sale. They have some great educational/STEM sets for older children as well. It's never too crowded and the staff are helpful.

My 5yr old loved it. A large selection of toys.They had a fair amount of stuff on sale too.

My favorite toy store to visit (even when there still was Toys R Us)! They have a great selection of fun, educational and developmental toys. There's a lot of great brands and wooden toys. My son loves to come here to pick things out as gifts and they always have a few fun things to play with up front, like a kitchen or train table.

They have a rewards program and you can sign up online or in store.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, they even gift wrap! Take some time to look around because you'll find so many fun things for all ages, especially on the back wall of games.

This place is awesome! I was in dire need of large (shooter) marbles. I spent the whole morning calling around to different stores trying to find them and nobody carried them.
I didn't have time to order them online, as I needed them the same day.
I called this place and they had some! I drove out and found a good sized selection of many different marbles of all sizes (from regular to extra large). I picked a few bags for variety and was very pleased with the price for the amount.

Also they have a cool kids club that has fun things for the kids to come and do once in a while.

I'd recommend this place for all your toy/entertainment needs.

Can I just stop your scrolling to say how much I adore the Red Balloon. The store on 9400 is one of the best looking family owner stores I've ever seen. An easily maneuvered layout helps me to find the toys I need. It's clean, and so well organized! And not to mention the employees! They are so accommodating, helpful, and incredibly willing to do anything they can do to help!

My only complaint is the sales. Everybody loves a good sale, but I don't usually have time to come in on such short notices. And with the toy club catalog that came out, only a day after they were sent out, the items listed were not even in the store yet! There should be a stock amount before the catalog comes out...

But even though that was disappointing, I love this store and the lovely people who work there! Thank you so so much for a lovely experience

Really nice store. The toys are interesting, educational, and high quality (unlike many of the offerings at certain big box toy stores) yet not too pricey. I would've bought my kids almost anything there. The employees greeted us and and helped track down a specific animal figure, and didn't mind when my little girl paid in a big pile of change!

Love this place! There is a huge variety of toys for all ages and most are really reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

If you have never checked this AMAZING place out, you need to. They have all sorts of toys, games, puzzles, and more for ALL ages. We got a gift card from here and went in just to check it out...and we will be back. We are a card and board game family and there are SO MANY that we haven't tried...yet! Seriously, go have a looks see and enjoy the great atmosphere and seriously friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful!!!

My daughter and I went when a lot of the stores were closed and we needed to find some projects to keep her busy until school was going to be back (or not). The shopping center was closed do I was surprised that they were open. Everything was clean and sorted. This was our first time in this Red balloon, we had been to two others at different times. We were greeted and directed to exactly what we were there for! We found klutz kits and some other cool DIYs for her and I even found something. The staff was helpful everything was laid out appropriately by genre/brand. We thanked the staff for being there and for being open during these trying times. They helped us amid taking curbside orders the phone was ringing off the hook so we appreciate them, A LOT! Thank you for being open you are essential!!!

Found a unique toy for a 1yo birthday. Pricing seemed very on par when comparing to the same products online. Glad to have a physical toy store separate from big box in today's online world. Support brick and mortar, shop local!

This is a fun toy store to visit. The big box stores get a bit messy and over crowded on the thin aisles. This is a big open space with a large assortment of toys and games. We really like the Aaron's Thinking Putty and they have a whole display with different options.

I Love this Toy Store! They have plenty of adult gifts too. Like Metal Earth. They had a lovely selection of Lego's as well as many other toys!
