The employee WENDY at this store is the best customer service I've encountered in my two and a half months in the United States, without a doubt. After having terrible experiences at other AT&T stores, I brought my friends to this five-star rated store. As expected, it lived up to its reputation. WENDY patiently answered all our questions and provided timely assistance. Even when a homeless person entered, they were courteous and treated everyone equally. I recommend everyone to come here for transactions! Thanks to WENDY, I experienced a completely different atmosphere compared to the other stores.

Recently went into the store to upgrade lines on my account. Was helped by the store manager, Rigo, who immediately greeted me upon walking in. He walked me through my bill and all of my phone options. Was patient with me throughout the entire process and answered all 3,000 of my questions without annoyance. Definitely will be recommending this store to others and this will be my new home store. There’s even a burger place and a target across the way so I was able to do some shopping while I waited for my data to transfer. They were limited on accessories that was my only critique but I understand it’s a brand new store and they’re waiting to receive more inventory.

As soon as we came in we were greeted and welcomed by Robert. Exceptional customer service and very informative. Hands down the best and quickest experience inside an ATT store!
