Very friendly shopping experience with friendly employees to help you with anything you may need. An employee named Wyatt helped me out to my car my last visit, and he was very kind and generous and made sure all my needs were met!

I do a good bit of my shopping using the boost program. I think they do a good job on both delivery and pickup shopping.

I really like this store. The shelves are stocked well and the associates are helpful and friendly. The points you earn for cash off gas is a nice bonus.

I didn't even know this Kroger was here. It's a hidden gem for anybody living in white county. It's a little bit of a drive from the north end but hey, I'll drive. I miss Kroger after moving into NNE Georgia. Ingles and Publix aren't worth my gas money in comparison imho. So finding this one, yaaay! Kroger imho always have the best fresh fruit, best fresh veggies, best meat selection around.
But please to the CORPORATE OFFICE people, put your gluten free selection aside. Mixing in the gluten free stuff with everything else has been a discussion of the gluten-free community in recent times. You know it's a problem when there's a Facebook page dedicated to how much people don't like this change in grocery stores. Yeah, that's actually a thing. Not like Facebook is as relevant as it used to be... but still... the point is there. I get it, corporate wants you in the store longer...so that you will spend more... but dang it, as a celiac, I know what I want!!! And if gluten free foods(all special dietary needs dry and frozen) are in a dedicated area, it actually makes it easier to find new stuff that maybe I'll spend my money on. I know I'm not the only one who feels like it's a put off to those with dietary NEEDS! So an anology for this would be like it's like if wheelchair bound people had certain foods requirements, but the grocery store put these foods the furthest back in the store, on top of the shelves... just so anybody handicapped or wheelchair bound would have to spend more time in the store looking for help. Or it's like the store doesn't charge the electric carts, so that people would get stuck, so they'd have to spend more.... That's a bad analogy, but that's kinda what it feels like to literally hundreds/thousands of people in the Atlanta area. I know this because I am involved in the gluten-free/celiac community around Atlanta and North Georgia. And I'm certain corporate has had this complaint, hundreds of times over the last five dang years!!! Please, PLEASE change this!

I and my husband have shopped here for years, and the thing I like the most is their customer service.
I have lived in the cities as well as in the country, and one of the benefits of rural life is people seem just a bit more friendly and caring of their neighbors. That positive attribute of rural life is infused in this Kroger like none other I have known, and when my better half lost his phone and they didn't find it at the customer service desk one of their employees offered to place me on hold and look for the phone right away and found it much to our relief... Thank you Charity! :) Most places I know would have just said it wasn't turned in and to call back, but there, customer service is not just a forgotten art but a quality that they still hold to and one that I cherish as well. Thanks for great customer service!

Kelly helped me return some meat that went bad before it’s expiration date. I appreciate both her and Mr. Dale helping making the situation right. Thank you both!

I would never usually leave a review for a Kroger, but the workers here from the management to the people who do mobile order pickup have been some of the most genuine and helpful people I’ve met inside a grocery store.

We went in last night February 10 around 7pm and bought the items needed for a family Valentines day dinner we make every year and Mr. Russ Ross was awesome! He was so helpful in helping us with all of our selections he cut our whole beef tenderloin perfect and when we told him we had 3 dogs he made sure to put the scrap cuts in so we could grill them so our fur babies could have a special Valentines day dinner too. I only wish there were more than 5 stars on this rating system. He's what customer service should be. If you're in Kroger Thompson Bridge Rd and need meat or Sea Food ask for Russ.

I go here all the time so I'm probably not an objective reviewer. It is huge so there is no quick trip here. Milk and bread are separated by 100 yards or more. Nice staff. Pretty new and clean.

Young lady named Ty was great. I don't think she was management, but she would be great at it.

I come in last min for the sale items and Kristen Dunfee is always there to help me!!!!

I am at this store everyday. Today I found an Italian cream cake at a super price. Ribeye roast 699 a pound can be cut in half for two beautiful steaks or baked as a roast. What could be better?
