This store location is very close to my home and it has been extremely convenient to my family on many occasions,thank you for supporting the area, and providing a solid service to your customers!
My one and only issue at this location thus far, is that the slurpee and frozen lemonade machines are usually out of service, and they will often times be completely empty of product.I used to take my kids here for slurpees, but now we have had to find a different 7-Eleven location just to use the working slurpee machines.

Oh well, I still go here very often, despite the slurpee issues, and I will continue to do so as far as I see it, convenience is key, thank you again for the convenience you provide every day!

I needed a case of water today and in the store they had none. But a very nice and helping employ named Jeffery I believe is his name went above and beyond and got me a case out from the back room. Thank you so much for the great service and being so helpful. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

Everyone here are polite and courteous.. and they always have my ICEE'S available... the cookies are so fresh and tasty! I'm very happy this 711 is now in my community!

Was in town visiting from Texas, and stopped here. Staff was friendly, especially Imani who went above and beyond to assist me. Two thumbs up!!

Store was very clean well stocked cashier was purely incredible

Well, after years of waiting for it to open, I was pleased when they did recently. Main reason was I finally had a gas station to hit on my way to work.
I was impressed by how the store looked on my first visit. But since then, I have learned I would rather go to the other gas station down the street. Even though I would have to make a U-turn to go to work.
Reasons being, multiple times I went in there, and there was only 1 person at the register, having a difficult time and a long line at the store. Not that I haven't seen this at other gas stations, but I'm talking 10 min waits in line, 15 people in it, consistently. I have seen people, and I myself, have walked out because things take forever. Another time I went and whoever was working must've been sleeping in the back because the doors were locked, there was no sign or anything. Waited for a few mins in case they were in the bathroom but no one came out from my knocking
Not sure if its a management problem or a hiring problem, but I am sad this gas station sucks. I never really write reviews but I felt compelled to on this one. Definitely going to other gas station right down Galleria.

They suck, never have coffee in the morning. Out of stock on a lot of things a lot of the times. Saw the late shift use a dust mop on the counter to clean up a mess.

Tried to stop for a bottle of water only to be greeted by an employee out front smoking who just yelled out stores closed.
WTH? It's a 7/11 & shows open 24/7. Now how you gonna be closed so this person can have a smoke break? Really???
Wow!!!

Honestly seemed both bothered and distracted when I attempted a quick check out and they made me wait around 5-7 minutes before ultimately taking care of me, also despite me saying no, ultimately kept trying to hand me my receipt very annoying.

Over priced on 100oz found drink refills. Just paid almost 5 bucks for 2 100 drinks.

Requires individuals with DOCTOR Supervised Health Issues to wear a mask. When we advised them of exemption she hounded us for the Medical Records which is a CLEAR violation of HIPPA Law. She then proceeded to give us medical advice.

This place is an absolute nightmare on a daily basis. Just skip it and go down the road to the next gas station.
