Green Valley Grocery

So far I don’t any problem nor experienced any issue at all. The clerk has been ver helpful and I can’t even pronounce his name but store is clean and well stocked and very very clean and is all fresh. I think the clerk name is Deighjon. We’ve been waiting for this store to be open and just finally found out that it is open already and the place is big parking lot is huge and just nice and convenient. Bathroom are really clean as well and clerk is awesome and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thanks Deighjon. Len

•••TAKE YOU MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE DONT COME HERE•••Horrible customer service. Not very friendly, about 4 workers just standing chit chatting, paying no attention to customers, snotty attitudes at that. Walked out an took my money somewhere else

Check your products before check out. Got a snack which turned out to be moldy, went to find a replacement and 4 more were moldy. Not necessarily the stores fault, but then I learned that the manager has to approve refunds, and they are hardly ever on duty. Avoid if you can, I don't support lazy managers that leave their employees twisting in the wind.

Word Spreads fast

Got gas and paid at the pump. Pump said "receipt inside". Went inside for the receipt, but no one at the counter at 6:10pm on 1/10/19 at store no.7.. Finally a man came to the counter, I asked for the receipt and gave the pump number. He asked for the amount. I said I didn't know the amount. He said "is it this amount?" I said I didn't know the amount. He then rolled his eyes and stood there looking at the register for quite some time. I finally gave up trying to get a receipt and left without one. A very rude employee with a very poor attitude. Only gave one star because I was not permitted to give 0. I won't be going back.

I was literally standing right outside the door and the guy kept looking up at me through the camera . There's a sign that says ring doorbell. So I did and nothing he just stood there waiting for me to leave.

Claims to be open 24 hours however came at 11pm and it was closed

Workers were rude and not helpful in assisting me in finding items. Were telling customers they had to wear masks while having their own pulled down.

This store is allowing false advertising and ripping people off! Advertise #10 lb.bags of ice and bag says 8 lbs? And customers paying for 10 lbs. They have to know? And are INTENTIONALLY. Ripping people off!!!
