Just wanted to extend a kudos to Kailey (sorry if I misspelt your name). Long story short, I live over an hour away and need a scarce product so I called to confirm it was in stock before driving to pick it up. She was absolutely wonderful in speaking with me and assisting me. One time she even called to offer me different suggestions. Thanks Kailey. You rock!

I personally enjoy this Walgreens pharmacy location. I can't speak of the Walgreens shopping section because I haven't done a whole lot of shopping there. But for the pharmacy I have a recurring prescription and each time I've gone in the pharmacist and staff have been super informative and helpful. I recently had a change in the brand but the pharmacist made the switch back to my normal brand and put a note in the system for future scripts. I also use the online portal to check on the status of refills and orders which I think is helpful before waiting in line. I'd recommend this location over the Weis personally.

I come here constantly and have never had an issue. The prescriptions sometimes do take a little longer to fill but IDK the complexities of a pharmacist's job so I'll just assume they're doing their best.

Absolutely horrific pharmacy. They've messed up my prescriptions multiple times, and now that I'm trying to transfer the Rxs to another pharmacy, my new pharmacy tells me that it would be easier to have my docs re-prescribe all of my medications to the new place because this Walgreens never answers their calls… That says everything you need to know.

This pharmacy has poor communication on medication pickups, can never get its pricing right, and cancels your appointment an hour before. Don't go! There are plenty of other options.

Had a confirmed appointment for Covid booster only to be told after driving all the way to the pharmacy that they didn’t have the vaccine and had no idea why they were taking appointments on line. Horrible service!

Horrible! If I could give it zero stars I would.

My husband had to get a prescription for a lung condition called in and they were closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Labor Day Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told the prescription would be in at 3:00. I went down at 3:00 and they said it was out of stock.

I asked them to call another local pharmacy and they said they would call it there in no problem. I went to the other pharmacy and they had not called it in! The pharmacist there said they had tried for over an hour to get through to Walgreens and no one would answer the phone. I drove back to Walgreens, confronted them, and was told the phone lines were down. I asked how are people supposed to get their medication?

Finally, the pharmacist at Walgreens said she would electronically send it. Why didn't she do that in the first place?!?

After several hours he finally got his medication at the other pharmacy.

Do not go to Walgreens pharmacy for anything!

This is not the first time but the three young ladies behind the counter during the evening shifts are very unhelpful, poor customer services (acting like we were bothering them), one of them claims to be the evening shift manager and has no idea about the products, and makes little effort to answer questions. Pharmacies like Walgreens are a part of the local community, providing needed goods, services and medications. This has been especially important during covid. I have had great and horrible experiences in this location depending on who is working. I completed my purchased because it was needed, in the future I will think it twice!

I have never been in a drug store that was so poorly stocked. I went looking for an ankle brace that was advertised online as available at Walgreens. Nothing, not a single product. I was also dismayed to learn that our Walgreens pharmacy is NOT OPEN on weekends. How can a drug store not have a department open to serve customer needs for prescriptions? Shocking. Needs to be closed down.

I’ve been waiting to have a prescription filled for over a week. Was told I would be notified but have heard nothing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Good thing it’s not a life or death medication. You’re better off finding your meds on the street!

I’ve never had to try so hard to pick up a prescription. Three trips to the store on different days, all to find signs on the door saying the pharmacy will be closed for various reasons (even though the website said open). I finally get to see someone in the pharmacy who tells me the prescription is out of stock.

We had an appointment for flu shots. They apparently don’t understand the concept of appointments. We did our paperwork online. We were not walk-ins. It’s over and hour later and we’re still waiting.

Go somewhere else.

Terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist there has always been extremely rude, and she's been there quite some time now. Does not even put in the slightest bit of effort to provide anything resembling good customer service. I'm probably going to switch all of my scripts because I don't want to deal with this anymore.

WORST pharmacy of all times! Their voicemail machine is broken so you can’t get ahold of anyone or leave a message. How are we supposed to get our medications? And when you do get ahold of someone… you get on hold and they purposely hang up!

Waited for over an hour for my COVID booster - then approached the counter - they had not even completed my paperwork -extremely dissatisfied - Other had also been waiting over an hour but apparently the person that helped them had at least gotten the paperwork done

Definitely avoid this location if you're getting a vaccine; unless you enjoy waiting all day. From check-in to needle will probably take 40-60 minutes.
