We went last Sunday and all the young men working were amazing. Liam in the paint department was particularly kind and soooo helpful. We had the best experience!

Very helpful staff. Didn't like that a female staff member snapped at an employee " Take lunch and be back on time." It was mean enough that it caused me to turn around and see who thought such demeanor was proper especially will so many customers were in the store on a busy Saturday.

Wow, Ace carries SO many things!! Grills to lint rollers, seasonal decorations, cleaning supplies, automotive & lawn equipment supplies, kitchen and canning supplies - plus of course a great selection of hardware items very attractively priced.
The personalized service is top notch, the associates are well trained, and are very helpful and friendly.
Save the trip to Home Depot and Lowe’s – Ace very likely will have you covered!

This a great little hardware store that 9 times out of 10 has what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5, would recommend.

This is my favorite store in the area (5 minutes from the house) and I feel like if I haven't been in for a few days I need to go just to see how helpful and friendly everyone is. Good selection, great prices and always friendly. What else do I need!? I ordered a Weber grill online today and have to go to Mt Airy to get it because there isn't one in that color in stock here today. I almost feel disloyal doing that! I'll be in again later in the week!

I was very impressed with the customer service here today. I needed a 2' section of 3" PVC pipe. They had only sold it in 10' lengths but the manager had a clerk cut 2 feet for me and charged a reasonable amount. They even had to program a new SKU for the item so they can now sell 2' sections of PVC.
They really went out of their way to save me money and make me a happy customer. Thanks ACE Hardware Brunswick!

The workers at Ace were so helpful. I had some time so I went in to shop around. I found helpers everywhere willing to answer my questions.
I found out that they make screens. I started telling my story about how I just bought a fixer home about a year ago. Then I got information on lawns, insects, mold, mildew, windows, Stihl equipment, they have batteries for my zero turn mower.
Ladders at the best price around.
At the other hardware stores the help is never around and when they see you, they walk the other way. The store is a perfect size and the quality of the merchandise is at an extremely higher quality.
Better service, better prices, better quality, is why,

Staff here is always professional, very helpful and polite even if you are returning something. I buy most of my landscaping tools, chain saws and hedge trimmers from them and they have always been great to deal with. We will keep using them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This location is excellent all sales representatives for this store are very helpful. If you have any questions about your projects,home,lawn or hobby they can help you. I know by experience that their tips on how to save my lawn from dandelions were very helpful you should see my green lawn now just beautiful.

At the friendly neighborhood Ace Hardware in Brunswick, MD, it is instead the store staff who actively seek you out, then offer their skilled assistance or suggestions. And if you ever have a very unusual question, they will promptly call over another staff member with skills in that particular area.

Quality products at reasonable prices and a truly great selection, but in my view what truly sets Ace Hardware apart from the rest is their very skilled, friendly, attentive staff. And I never feel like I am asking a dumb question – they easily tailor their friendly guidance to my own level of experience.

A great place. Small but jambed packed of stuff that's needed. Went in for a flew damp and dampers for my wood stove. Only place that had such material. David green was verry helpful and knew where everything was. Yes I would come back

Very nice locally-owned franchise of a national hardware store chain. Friendly people. Very good merchandise selection. I will usually go here first for something instead of the big-box blue or orange stores - even though they are considerably closer than this Ace store.

Employees will greet you immediately and offer help. I’ve been in other stores carrying hardware with employees talking and offer no assistance.

So far so good. Super helpful staff. One-time they even cut PVC pipe for me so I didn't have to pay for the whole 10ft piece. There is adaquate staff to help you in store and check out is effecient most of the time. They do have a very wide selection of just about everything you would need if you were making an emergency trip to the hardware store. Prices maybe slightly higher but in this case with the time savings of driving an additional 30 mins to home Depot. Overall, it's locally owned and has some good finds. Highly recommend.
