Dennis has helped me a few times and everytime he has been courteous, invested in solutions to my problems and just very pleasant to get help from. He recently saved me about $1000 with his knowledge and help. Much appreciated Dennis! Model employee.

I came in to replace my key fob battery. And look... I normally don't give reviews for a simple transaction. What an amazing customer service experience. Dennis not only opened my key fob to make sure I got the right battery but he also went outside and made sure it worked properly. He than continued giving me great recommendations to conserve my key fob battery. The kind of stuff you never think about. The service here is outstanding I'll be getting all of my auto parts here for now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The night before my daughter and I were leaving on a road trip, I realized one of my headlights was out on my Honda CRV. I called my husband who was already out of town with our son, slightly panicked, as there were no auto shops open that late, and we were planning to leave early in the morning. My husband directed us to AutoZone to purchase the headlamp with the plan to for us to watch a youtube video on how to change it, with him on the phone to help guide us as well.

We got to AutoZone with less than an hour before closing, and we went to the counter to ask for advice on which replacement lights to buy, whether to get two so that they're the same, etc. Dennis was the man at the counter, and he was WONDERFUL! He immediately noticed my neophyte trepidation and at once offered to see if he could change the lamps for me, right out in front of the store! The headlamp which was the one that was out was in front of the driver's side, and the space was so tight that he had to move a component out of the way to get at it, then put it back in place. There was no way I would have felt comfortable or even have thought to do that on my own, so I was SO grateful he had offered to do it for me! He was so kind, so helpful, and so quickly changed them out for me, then even educated me in the water deposit build up of the headlamp casing to help me understand why one was brighter than the other, informed me that it was something my husband could do with a kit they sold, rather than pay someone else to do at the auto shop. I did buy the kit, and when we returned from our trip, my husband used it on both our cars and was thrilled with the results and how easy it was to do.

Our experience there with Dennis completely sold us on AutoZone as our go to shop for everything we need for our cars. He was the absolute BEST!

I just want to start by saying Dennis McBride at this location of AutoZone on 46 is probably the best employee I’ve ever encountered in my 51 years of life. Not only did he help me with my alternator about three weeks ago he went out and showed me on his car exactly how to change it. He took the extra time and was patient and assisted me. Recently I had to get a battery replaced. He assisted me there as well. I’ve been in sales/customer service for over 30 years and in my experience I have trained and lead hundreds of different direct reports. I came to this autozone to check to see if my battery has gone bad and a very helpful employee named Dennis came out right away and took care of me..and both my batteries were bad and so I bought new ones...Dennis also offered to replace them for me...thank u very much it was a great experience at this autozone

Outstanding service. Casey was extremely helpful in not only assisting me with my brake light, but also educating me on what tools and how to change it myself if I needed to. I am by no means car-savy and Casey made sure to keep my comfortable and literally spelled it out for me. He also swapped out my wiper blades in a matter of minutes as it would have taken me all day of struggling in frustration. 10/10 highly recommend this location for well trained and educated staff!

Went to AutoZone for a new Battery for my Jeep and Kati B went out and tested the battery and charging system in the 100F+ degree heat and confirmed that it was not taking a charge. Kati went through the battery options for the main and accessory batteries (Jeep JL series has 2 batteries) the warranty associated with the batteries and pricing. They had the batteries I needed in stock and I went next door to get the accessory battery installed ( need to remove the front wheel???) Kati was awesome helping me out during a frustrating situation and found solutions for me to get back on the road that day. Thanks Kati !!!

I want to shout out Joey who works here.

My car started smoking on the highway and I limped into this Auto Zone hoping and praying it was a small fix that I could just do in their parking lot.

When I lifted the hood and smoke came out Joey rushed out to ask if everything was okay.

Alongside my 3 year old he ran the codes, noticed my coolant levels were extremely low, helped me find the right coolant and fill it up, then we tested the car again. It was still wonky and was clear that I'd need to not drive it.

As I figured out the logistics and my son ran havoc around the store Joey was super nice, and asked what brought me into town. He found out that I was visiting my mom up the road and said that if I didn't have a ride sorted out he could give me a ride with my son when he was off work that night.

The whole ordeal was probably 1.5 hours of stress from me and calm professionalism from Joey. I've never had a retail employee offer a ride home - it's just so far above and beyond what I expect from the role.

Regardless, I'm so impressed by Joey and how helpful he was to me at my time of need.
