Doug and Jared have "old school" type customer service traits. Something that lacks in the younger generation. Always helpful with any questions when I want to learn more about the world of Vaping. I quit smoking 4 months ago after smoking for 34 years. Haven't looked back and don't miss it. This is my go to store located right around the corner from my house. Funny, when the store opened, I was like "great another vape store in Pooler".....not knowing a year later I would be a regular customer:)

Steph was amazing , OMG perfect customer service. I swear my husband and I would have been looking like a deer in headlights if it wasn’t for Steph. If you ever in the need of hookah ; I would highly recommend.

When we moved to Georgia last year, we took a chance on this vape store on our first day here, and we have never been to another shop! This place is the best; friendly staff, good prices, and a huge selection. They always have what we’re looking for and on the very rare occasion my go-to vape is out of stock, they let me know exactly when it’ll come back in. Can’t recommend them enough.

Everyone who works for I vape and tobacco are super nice. They know what I want and if they don’t have it in the store I’m at , they’ll call the other 2 stores they have and ask if they have it in stock.

I just went in there to get a pre roll and they were very helpful since it was my first time having my 75 year old homegirl try this for the first time. Thanks bunches!!!! You guys are awesome!!!!!

They offer military and healthcare discounts which is awesome! Huge selection and very nice staff

My fav Vape shop in town… Im always greeted & assisted right away. The pre rolls are the absolute best.

Super helpful staff and plenty of choices of products

Third time in two years visiting! Everytime they always have a unique variety of smoking apparatuses. We were fortunate enough to be assisted by JOSH who went above and beyond assisting us. We found pieces that spoke to us and he helped them find us! The prices here are also fantastic! Compared to the other 40+ Head shops I've visited in the area this is my top Three favorite! Whether you want to buy something or just wanna go look definitely check this place out. Caution passionate smokers may develop big eyes and smiling Face's. 😁
