I hit a deer on the interstate with my 2019 F-150 and there was a substantial amount of damage to the front end. I honestly was thinking that it could possibly be a total loss and was contemplating getting something else. The repairs took a little longer that I thought it would take, but Diego went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop on timelines and was also able to get me a loaner vehicle when the insurance company reached it's rental car limit. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out on my truck. It looks brand new again and I love it. I would recommend BBC to anyone with any vehicle damage and I hope you get Diego cause he is great. Thanks again for the great work!!

Excellent experience from the get go to when I picked-up my truck.

Tammie did a great job of proactively communicating and working not only with me, but with State Farm to insure all parts were ordered ASAP…and continued to do so throughout the repair process that required 2 additional claim submittals due to further damage caught during the repair.

The repair work itself was also top notch…like new!

Bottom line for me, I would highly recommend Tammie and Bluebonnet Collision Center.

UPDATE: Manager called me and asked me to bring my truck back up to them to make things right. Yesterday I took it up to him, he inspected the truck, found glass (which I knew it was there I stabbed myself a few times over the weekend) and apologized multiple times. They gave me back my truck spotless, all glass gone. Even took the bedliner out and found glass under it and cleaned it out. I had always recommended them in the past due to I am very loyal to local businesses, and I have already recommended them & will continue doing so. People have off days and mess up, but what makes it better is ownership and making things right. And they did exactly that! The 1st 2 pics are when I got it back--only took bed of truck. Last few are the back seat on the side the window was broken and spotless!!!!

My truck was broken into at Buffalo Wild Wings in New Braunfels, Tx and was sent to BB Collision to get fixed. They did great work to take care of the window. BUT I picked it up and they had not cleaned up the glass in the back seat. Nothing vacuumed and still have glass in bed of the truck.... Very disturbing

The customer service was great. They took great care of me and my vehicle. From the front desk personnel to the Rep/John K. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the quality of the job was excellent. I previously went to another auto body shop for an estimate but they were no comparison to Bluebonnet Collision’s professionalism and quality. I felt extremely comfortable with them doing the work. I would totally recommend Bluebonnet Collision for your next auto body repair.

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I was told my SUV would be ready on Tuesday or Friday and it was ready by Tuesday. John was great to work with. It looks fantastic.

I have had 3 vehicles that needed repair due to accidents and Bluebonnet Collision Center did awesome work each time!. They handled dealing with the insurance company and I was able too get my vehicles back in a timely manner. All the staff there are very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs. Hopefully I won't need them again anytime soon, but if I do they are the first people I call.

Bluebonnet Collision will make your bad day into a good day. Someone backed into my brand new F150 Lariat. I was heartbroken. Bluebonnet Collision took it and made it brand new again. Can’t tell I had been hit. I even got it earlier than promised. Thanks Stephanie! I’m a happy camper again.

The customer service was great, I really liked how the service adjuster Tammy kept me up to date. The repairs came out amazing, with having rear end damage from two separate occasions, they made it like nothing had happened.... Hopefully I will never have another issue to cause me to go back, but if I do I will definitely choose Blue bonnet ford collision......

What a delightful experience to have my car fixed with John as my service advisor. Constant communication, quick body work and above and beyond service down to the lovely lady that answers the phone !

The Bluebonnet team was professional and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. My car looks great and I would use them again (although I hope I don’t require their services).

The insurance company said, you can use one of preferred collision shops with a guaranteed as long as you own the car or your choice.

I had someone hit and run on my brand new Explorer after a week of having it. My bottom fender/grille were completely ripped off and my bumper was scratched something awful. I took it to Bluebonnet Collison Center to get it repaired and they made what could have been an awful experience, better than expected. I’m not a very patient person, but Diego & Bobbi always went a step above to keep me in the loop on the repair process. There were quite a few obstacles that were out of our hands, but once I got my Explorer back I was extremely appreciative of all the hard work they did to get it back to tip-top shape. I would hands down take my vehicle back to Bluebonnet Collison Center if I ever needed any kind of work done on my Explorer again. Thank you again, Diego!

I should have taken the after picture when I picked up. It rained and got a little dirty on the drive home, but she was perfect when I picked her up.

Returned my car a week earlier than expected with a cost of $500 less than estimated. Deer collision damages were expertly repaired and the paint job made the car look better than before the deer attacked it. Thumbs up all around.
