AT&T Store

My store rep was Roxie and I must say I will come back to this store over and over for all of my needs. After the debacle I had gone through to be without a phone for a little over 2 days waiting just to get my replacement. I was frustrated and stressed. I work remote and live alone and the company I work for is 7 hours away. I had no way to contact them or my clients. Roxie was fantastic. Very pleasant, friendly, and able to answer every question I had. She was polite, respectful and understanding of my frustration. I sincerely appreciate everything she did that evening. Because of her I didn't leave the store wanting to cancel my services.

The experience at the At&t store Sontera was excellent! Victoria the sales rep was first class! She went above and beyond on her efforts to make sure that I was taken care of! Very knowledgeable and very professional and can perform her job at a very high level! I would recommend anyone to go to that store and ask for Victoria!

I was in a hurry to get my son to a basketball tournament, but needed to activate his first-ever iphone. Alex quickly and efficiently advised, diagnosed and fixed my issue. We made it to the basketball game on time. Thanks AT&T Stone Oak, and thank you Alex!

I have problems with my SAMSUNG fold Z4, for which we called customer service around five times to help us with the issue and never got a fix. They also sent me the wrong SIM card. After being without the phone for three days, I walked into this store, and one of the staff members, Danny, was able to help resolve the issue in less than twenty minutes. My review is a five because they have well-trained personnel and excellent customer service skills.

Walked in and was helped right away. Roxy was wonderfully helpful, patient and explained everything to me perfectly.
Senior adults need a little more time, and Roxy was very comforting and precious!

Jose was professional and took care to take the stress out of buying a new phone!
He did this while Listening to my needs and lack of technology experience.

I walked in to switch my service from one phone to another one that I brought. I was immediately welcomed and quickly helped with friendly service.

I went to the ATT in East 1604, the one next to Costco. They are amazing!!!! Jose assisted me transferring my information from a Samsung to an iPhone. He went above and beyond. He took care also resetting my old phone. Amazing customer service. I’m glad to be now with ATT. I had never received such a great customer service in T-mobile. The manager also was very professional. Best service. ATT has enough staff taking care of the customers with no need to wait for a long time. Conny G.

I tried the 611 customer service help twice with each call lasting 45 minutes , and they never help. Jose Zuniga from this location helped me in 5 minutes with my issues and had a lot of knowledge and great attitude. Isaac is the manager, and he was very very helpful also. Any issues with your service, go to this location. They are the best!!!! My account is under Hector who is my husband that will only go to this location. I came in right before they were about to close. I honestly expected AT&T workers to be a little displeased with me because it was so late. I can honestly say they welcome me in and help as if I wasn't the last customer that they had to help for the day. Great service help me get a new iPhone 14 for my wife. Great people, I felt no harsh feelings from them.

Don’t deal with anyone else other than ERIC CROCKETT. He knows plans, phones, pricing, fees, discounts, billing and anything else I had a question about. Eric will treat you with respect, and in a fair and honest manner. (He should be the store manager, or in a regional role). I had to return to the store due to an issue stemming from the negligence of another employee and Eric resolved everything.

I went to visit family in Austin and my daughter broke her phone. Aaron was extremely helpful and phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. The wait was definitely short and I’m extremely satisfied with the manager help as well! Definitely when I’m town and have any issues, will specifically go to this store!! GREAT JOB!!

Brooke was patient with all of our questions and helped us get into 2 new phones. She was great! The manager also went to 2 different ATT locations to get a blue phone that my son wanted. We were more than pleased with their customer service.

Went to the ATT store because my SIM card had a failure. My current phone was having issues so I decided to just upgrade my phone. Got to the store and got checked in with Isaac the manager who was fantastic the whole time. We got to see a rep but then he notified us that their system went down. It was close to closing time so I the manager did me a solid and got my name and first thing in the morning he got me an appointment when their system was back up.

This morning I walked in Isaac remembered me and got me setup with another rep. We worked with Danny and got the trade in squared away and new phone setup. Had an overall great experience.

They were thorough and kind. Very helpful‼

I came in to the AT&T store not to purchase anything but needing help to set up my new phone. Issac spent almost an hour with me helping me transfer all my information. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with my constant worrying about losing my info. I am very appreciative of his excellent customer service.
