Dollar General

It's a big store and the shelves are stacked high like big lots. I was surprised to see they also have some fresh produce when you walk in to the right. (See pics) Everything's organized they have everything that you might need from pillows to pasta. Its off solms rd exit 183 across from circle k. I'm thankful that there is a dollar store in this area.

Went earlier today. I hadn’t seen a dollar general with produce items. Good to know. I hate going to big grocery stores. Very convenient. Nice experience Cashier Raven very helpful and patient with me.

Hasn't been open til 10 like the rest, closes at 6pm, does me no good when I work from home and don't get off until 6, then the store manager says their short staffed, funny they didn't care I was short staffed and worked the entire store alone right before Harvey, when there was 45min wait for checkout.

Nice store. Very rude staff. I smiled multiple times at the lady but she just stared. She was very nice to the gentleman before me in line. :-/ Not sure if this is accurate but as far as I know when the restroom is locked it’s because the cashier has the key, not because it’s out of order, like she told my daughter. Maybe we are wrong on that one though.

What a joke. I have been excited for this store to open because it’s right across the street from my house. I came in to grab a bottle of wine and the cashier immediately rejected my ID. She said it didn’t look real because she could feel the hologram on it. I assured her I just received the ID at the DMV two weeks ago when I updated my license. I then asked her to scan it and also showed her my previous ID that the DMV had cut a corner off of and gave back to me. Apparently their scanner doesn’t work so they couldn’t scan it to check legitimacy. It turned into a 10 minute ordeal and I left embarrassed and annoyed. My husband and I planned to come here frequently when they finally opened up so Its irritating to have this experience. I suggest if they can’t fix their scanner then they need to better train their employees on how to correctly check ID cards.

Wanted to call the store if someone is there for an interview or for hire but no one picked up after a minute or two didn't picked up and needed to go to the store to see if someone is there.

Went by Tuesday 21st. NOT OPENED YET.
