Absolutely amazing staff. Very easy to ask questions and get help. Also offers sensory hours and I love it! Never have had an issue in all my years living in the area and can say that this is the best Walmart around! Absolutely 5 stars!

Great experience at this location. Had to park my semi- truck till next day. Easily parked it there and did some shopping. Nobody bothered me during my 10 hour reset.. Really friendly staff. Well maintained and clean restrooms as well as parking lot.

Had to park my 18 wheels here to shop and then sleep. The staff was friendly, store, restrooms and lot was clean(and kept it clean). The self check out person(she) was nice and friendly. I stayed over night, I kept it clean and no one interrupted my 10 hour reset. Thank you to this Walmart.

I stopped in to get a new shower head. All I seen was expensive ones from $70 to $90. Don't need nothing that fancy and didn't need it I was wanting like the $30 one as seen on TV told me that was the only ones they had. Went to Murphysnoro Walmart for $30. What I'm saying is if someone works at a store and they don't know the answer then they should be honest and say I don't know the answer let me check on that or just say sorry let me find somebody that can help you instead of lying and saying well that's all we have. Because I was lied to I feel like I should rewrite the store as a two star or even maybe a one star rating. I think the employees should always be honest with the customers. This is just my opinion and everybody has opinions whether it's right or wrong.

I love my online grocery pick up! Today I got a surprise my nephew Elijah Jones delivered my groceries to my car! Came with a big smile he loves his job! Kaitlyn also came and checked me in awesome job! Keep up the good work DuQuoin Walmart!

Brandon was very helpful by packaging my groceries perfectly! (Cold food with cold food, household items separate). Not overloading bags, very polite. All of the staff at DuQuoin Walmart are very helpful and it's reflected in the organization and quality of products at their store!

Ordered online for my groceries (as I usually do 🙂). And as with ALL of my orders, it was so quick and easy! The order was correct (substations were equal in price and quality with what I ordered), on time, and the young man that brought my groceries out was a delight! Smile on his face was genuine 🤗, very nice and polite, and very carefully loaded bags into our vehicle. If there was an option to score this higher than 5 star's, I definitely would give them a 10! Thank you Walmart! 🤗🙂👍

pick up orders at Du Quoin Walmart are so beneficial.

Better than the Walmarts in Carbondale and Murphysboro! Better selections in the Garden Center. customer reps are friendly and very helpful. The person in the garden center even asked me if I had found everything I wanted, and when I said no, he asked for more information in a very nice manner. I intend to make a trip there at least in e every month!

Wonderful as always! We were in a hurry, and the cashier, Cindy Irvin, was preparing to close her lane but saw us and immediately flagged us to her lane! A wonderful example of a caring, kind, and thoughtful of her customers type of employee that Walmart should be proud to have.

The store was in stock on the things I went after. I went during stocking time and the stockers were courteous and never made me feel like I was in their way, which has happened at other stores. Hardware seemed to have a much wider selection of Command hooks and hanger options than I've been able to find elsewhere. Good visit!

Nick, Hunter and Riley, Walmart employees, went way beyond the call of duty to load a huge television into my car. I cannot thank them enough!!! They were pleasant and extremely helpful.

Great selection on most things. But management needs to fix the child seat in front of store womans restroom. Someone way to big ig sat on it or tried to stand and popped it out of place!Unusable! So someone very strong needs to pull up on the seat very hard to fix it. Thank you sincerely, mother who would like to not hold young child while using the facilities.

Love this place. They definitely need more check out lines. Always long lines but besides that great service!
