Very glad & satisfied with the store in DuQuoin! I came in and a very helpful lady named Angel helped me figure out what was best and in my budget! She also went above & beyond to try to find me what exactly I was looking for. The guys who did deliveries made it possible that I got my couch that day instead of that following Monday. My daughter and I were very appreciative and pleased. They delivered & installed my sectional and tv! Highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be back!

It's what you would expect your doing and getting when you go there. But I don't like the fact that it tells you on their website and when you call the store and talk to TAYLOR that they have what you want in stock in the store and when you get there the next day to purchase they don't have what you came for and have to call around to different stores and get your stuff and can't deliver until the next day ugggghh. But I'm a happy customer and I do recommend them.

Stopped in to look around for family rm furniture and the salesperson was very helpful and polite taking great respect in his job as salesperson was very polite and patient. I had great experience and would recomend others. My furniture was delivered promptly at 3pm the following afternoon and the delivery people were extremely helpful and polite as well. We love Rent One

I never expected to receive such outstanding customer service; before, after and during the sale. All those who I dealt with were compassionate, caring, yet professional and as helpfully commendable!!! I have referred my friends and family to the DuQuoin store as the best one I've ever experienced. They not only delivered the appliances within the speed of light, they also came and collected a payment when I couldn't make it into the store without any hesitation. I really am not sure which part I was most impressed, due to the fact that they were all equally exquisite!! The initial greeting, the helpfulness of all the staff; the ease of completing an order, explanation of charges, drive to save the customer money and honoring their instore promotions, etc. I could go on and on but mostly, this is one EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, THANK YOU!!

Very helpful! Everything in my house is from rent one. My son had the flu, got sick all over my bed at 5 am and they had a new bed at my house at 1pm same day. Guy didn't even have a full size bed but called another place for one and guy left to get it as soon as I left the store .Nice people .very quick and cheap

Every experience I have walking into Rent One is a welcoming one. I have been long (very long) time customer. The staff is great and of course I have my favorites! One thing I can personally guarantee from my experiences is no matter what issue I may have or need I may have, they always come through. If they don't have the product I am interested in, they go above and beyond to find it! There is always a smiling face when I walk in the door and the energy/atmosphere is always friendly. We always go to Rent 1 for all our furniture. They are always fast, friendly, and very helpful. We were able to get my mother-in-laws bed over the phone and my wife was excited. Thanks Rent 1 for having that option.

I've done business with Rent One in Duquoin IL several times in the past, I've always been very pleased with their professionalism and courteous prompt service. Bobby Gant is an asset to this company. I recently purchased a recliner from there and Tyler delivered it to my home. Tyler was a very polite, respectful young man.

I've been shopping here for a while. I really like the employees, they are all good people that do their jobs well. I enjoy the products, a lot better quality than what I always thought rent to own would be.

Very friendly an help with all questions an problems. They always work around my pay time, but they know I pay ahead so there's no problem. The Duquoin rent one is the best there all friendly an laugh with an they answer any questions you gave. Thumbs up Duquoin!
