Bri did a wonderful job of helping me with some updates on my phone. She also noticed some other things that needed looking at. This Verizon business does a great job of helping older adults like myself.

Everyone that has helped me at this office, has been very personable and gracious. Christian took such great care of me, and handled my issues with ease and confidence. He was very thorough and took time to double check everything was corrected.

Zebada was very helpful. She knew exactly what she was doing and did it with ease, even multitasking at the same time. She was very patient.

Christian, was awesome! He demonstrated patience, and knowledge. As an older adult I truly appreciated his time in demonstrating phones, tablets and explaining available plans to me. If you need help you definitely need to go to DUQUOIN VERIZON STORE!
