I went to the Home Depot today . Not crowded plenty of time to look around. I fell in love with the mini Christmas trees in a pot that are on display outside. Some are already decorated. I priced them at $17.98 and $16.98. Some with Red velvet bows and decorations. Perfect for a small apartment or outdoor patio. Just buy a string of lights to put on it and you can keep the little fir tree just forever before planting it outside. The water pipes in the garden area had burst in our recent below normal Temps so you couldn't enter through the garden today (Dec 6, 2022), but other than that this place is great. We needed firepit stones today so we found the ones we wanted and had no problems. They are always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the store and at the registers. Military discount for home and house wash business needs helps too!

I mean it's a home depot I'm not sure how good or bad it can really be. Everyone is nice so 5 stars.
Would love if they had some checkouts closer to the entrance by customer service so I don't have to walk aalllll the way down to the register and then allll the way back up to my car.

I went in today to order flooring. The employee that helped me, Amy, was FANTASTIC! we had to order from 2 different stores, helped with options for the stairs, she was so patient the whole time and it took a while since I haloed to pick flooring that was going in-active. She made sure I get the best bag for my buck and when I was checking out (for the second time) her teammate mentioned something about her being there late. She stayed late to help me and never once made me feel rushed or even gave a hint around the fact that I asked for help right as she was supposed to be ending her shift!

They have a great deal on Pansies and I picked up a lot of them. Price set at $ 1.38 a drum.
The whole tray is $ 19.00.

We usually stop here because then Lowes across the street is often very busy. It is a smaller store but still has about everything you need. The employees are very helpful. Our grandkids truly enjoy the kids' build shops.

Always good service here. They got my business from Lowes...I'll never shop at Lowes again but Home Depot - yall are fantastic! Had exactly what I need every time and the customer service is always great at this location.

The workers were knowledgeable and helpful. It's a big store so I needed help finding something and taking a bulky item down from the shelf. Good experience overall

Was there to purchase a pot for plants but pot I needed/wanted was stuck inside another pot and there were only two size I needed. The employees in the garden area went the extra mile to get them unstuck and with smiles on their faces the entire time!

Always has goods or parts I need. Good to Excellent prices. Easy checkout. Lots of parking.

I like shopping here . Girl name Becky works there and she always a pleasure too see. She always very nice and helpful

What can I say. HD is just not up to par. Go almost daily as I'm in construction. Went in last week, paid for a rather large order of lumber to be picked up 3 days later. Was not ready and took over 2 hours to get it loaded. Without my receipts would have been a disaster, theirs was wrong. And I did all this thru the pro desk, really.
Update: well things have turned around since my previous post. Tammy in pro sales was outstanding and Amy in closet wire sales was on spot with helping me. I have given up on Lowes due to their management lacking
people skills and not caring about their customers. This HD seems to do a lot better.

I was really impressed with their customer service. Their staff really went above and beyond to help me get a tool I needed, and later Billy (asst manager) really took the time to identify and resolve an issue I had. They really cared for me as a customer, which means a lot these days.

I came in to this store tonight around 8:50,rushing to find an adapter piece for my daughters bathroom I'm updating. I had a few items I was wanting to exchange so I left them at the customer service desk and continued my hunt for the correct adapter. Pete, the gentleman who was helping me in the plumbing department was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure I go the correct parts. As I am walking towards the service desk, they announced they were closed. I walked up to the register where I wasmet by a young lady and the assistant manager Anna. I as they checked me out I realized I left my I'd inthe car, soi went and got it. Then I realized I left my gift card in the car and had to run out again. Most people would have been frustrated and even rude but Anna was very friendly. She talked to me with no sign of trying to rush me out of the store and told me about their program for people who buy a lot through them and ways to save money. She is the definition of not only a great person, but a business owner/manager. I'll definitely be back to do

Had just what I needed. Very helpful staff at checkout.

I ordered a marble topped table to pick up at the store. It came in and the box was damaged, so they asked me to come in and look at it.

It all looked fine, so I took it home.

As I was assembling it, I discovered a missing leg brace. So back to the store I went.

Staff was very helpful and I was given instructions to get a hold of their reseller to get the replacement part.

Unfortunately, the phone number I was given wasn't answered and eventually hung up.

I went back to the store and worked with C/S manager. The phone number I was given was the only one they had, so he called the manufacturer and was told to send an email to their claims department. He did that and now we wait.

BTW, I am able to use the table while we wait.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in my local Greer store.

Never got an answer, so I bought lumber and fixed it myself. Covered my fix with a shelf and you can't see it anymore.

We love Home Depot for all our home improvement needs! Great location. Clean and well stocked. Even through the pandemic this location has remained consistent. No shortage of change. No lack of employees. Per usual the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product.

I don't write reviews but a young man working these days deserves a little boost about what he's working for and why. Thanks Cole from breaking away from doing what you were asked to do ,to do something that really you didn't need to do but you did. There's been plenty of times my fiance or myself has complained to one another about having to load stuff up by ourselves at either here or Lowe's. I get it.it gets busy and you can not be everywhere..me I'm good but the ladies and the elderly need an extra hand..I'm not old by any means but Cole stopped and gave me a hand even after I declined.it...the
younger generation has missed the bus somewhere but this kid is right in track for the real world. You can tell his parents raised a gentleman..good job to those involved in his life.
