Starbucks

This is one of the best starbucks that I have been to. Is the whole time I was in here. All I heard was the staff being extremely nice to every customer. I was also completely impressed by a young lady named Taj and how she spoke to everyone very nice young lady. Thank you. I will be coming back

Went through the drive through. I wanted to get the red Starbucks cup that was on display at the window but they couldn't sell it and didn't have anymore...kind of a bummer. But the girl at the window was super nice and the coffees were delicious!

Wonderful experience that got my morning off to a great start. Deanna, the manager, was there along with a couple of sharp young people who looked to be happy working this Saturday morning. They all greeted me and I had one of the best cups of blonde roast in a while.

I tour with a Wrestling Company and our recent Northeast engagements witnessed some less than exceptional Starbucks experiences. So I was taken with the professionalism of the staff and quality of service I received this morning. As I stated, my day got off to a wonderful start.

I used to go to Starbucks almost everyday when I lived in Florida but it got to be too expensive! now I only go every other weekends. I really like the staff. Very nice and polite. And I still love my Starbucks coffee.

Have been coming to this Starbucks for about 8 years now… amazing customer service until they change the whole team witch happens a lot. But love coming here and wish they could pay more attention to customers that are there every day at the same time of the day.

I come to this Starbucks most mornings. Nicole single handedly makes my mornings with something funny she will say or something kind. She always makes sure to speak to my son who is special needs as well. Her kindness and sincerity are super appreciated!

What a great Starbucks location. The manager was at the register while on our visit and gave exceptional service. I was amazed that I was the only coffee drinker in the bunch and everyone else got a different specialty drink (not tea)none which had coffee in them. I never thought about a non coffee drink at a coffee house. So come one come all, you will get a great drink and great service here, everyone will be happy!!

My drinks were prepared quickly, everything was as ordered and the interior was clean and inviting. This is a great Starbucks location, although is seems as though many people are already aware of this. The drive-through was as busy as any Starbucks I've ever visited.

It took a while to get my order here but they were short staffed, as are a lot of places right now. I wont hold that against them. They were super friendly and polite. 5 stars for this Starbucks location.

This is an excellent Starbucks with a staff that enjoys serving their customers. I ordered a pour over coffee and it was a little late getting out to me. 20 min later they brought me an additional pour-over for my inconvenience. He was apologetic and sincere. Thank you Pepham Starbucks and specifically Shaun for a great experience!

The crew on Pelham Red are awesome!! The manager is the best! I speak from experience. They don't see your difference among the customers. Homeless people can go in & get some water or speak top the gm & possibly get something to eat!!!

I placed a mobile order before leaving my hotel and the drink was ready by the time I arrived. The Green Tea Lemonade tasted as expected, excellent. I am surprised that this Starbucks isn't using the sippy cup lid to eliminate the use of straws. The Starbucks in the DC area have already started converting the lids and eliminating straws. I am not against the use of straws - it is just one less thing for me have to remember to pick up on my way out of Starbucks. :-)

The staff here is always so sweet and professional. They are doing their best and making light out of a tough situation. They had a shortage of many of their items for a shirt while but they overcame with grace.

Location! It's in a great location if you are getting off i-85 or just doing something on Pelham road.
Very clean and tidy, customer service is pleasent. They had Dark roast coffee after 11 am which is always nice and a seating area outside with umbrellas! I totally recommend this Starbucks I've been coming to this location for years now!

The Starbucks on Pelham Road at exit 54 on I85 in SC. The place is clean and convivial.
In the months there's been a lot personel turnover. In my opinion, service has suffered from that. In the past, if you got a brewed coffee you got it quickly by the cashier. Now your order goes to the baristas to fill and they are usually slammed. Price of a brewed coffee has gone significantly but it makes a daily brewed grande less affordable. Still good coffee but delivered slower and more expensive.

Quick service, clean facilities. Got a strawberry creme and it was made so well...not too sweet. Could taste the strawberry...wish more Starbucks were like that
