CVS

I'm astonished at how many one star reviews are left for this store! I have been using this CVS as a pharmacy and a quick stop store since I move to Taylors almost 3 years ago. I've even had a visit with the Minute Clinic which was also a delightful and caring experience for me - but that will be another review. In all my years of coming here, the staff has been overly friendly and helpful, and the store has always been in an organized and clean condition. I generally do not leave reviews for places. But I wanted to leave one tonight for this CVS location because I had a super sweet encounter with a specific cashier.

For the last week I've been extremely sick with some respiratory/sinus illness. I'm coming to the tail end of it but decided to stop in CVS because its getting close to bed time, I'm all out of Robitussin, and wanted to grab something for my aching throat. Well, turns out I completely forgot that I paid a big medical bill with my Health Savings card today and ended up not having enough to pay for my bottle of cough medicine. I even tried two other forms of payment - maxed out credit cards (Dont judge, its hard out here people!) hoping that one of them would take because I'm desperate for this medicine. Ultimately I gave up and the sweet cashier offered to buy the medicine for me. Which I declined because while it was an extremely sweet offer, it is not the end of the world that I don't get this medicine. But even still! The gesture was seen and it warmed my heart entirely! Just another example of the great service I have always received here at this CVS location.

Home but this review is for Tyler in the pharmacy. He gave me my covid and flu shot today and did an awesome job. I have a needle phobia and hate getting shots and he was very understanding, encouraging and super gentle, I barely felt them and I’m relieved it’s done! Thank you!

Kelly and Katrina from the minute clinic are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel at ease and made me laugh on a day that was tough for me. I highly recommend their services.

The Manager, Ron, is the best there is. Super kind and friendly and very helpful! He deserves a raise! I’ve been to dozens of CVS stores in my area and this is by far the best in two! 10/10 A++!!!

I've been going to CVS for over 3 years now. The same store, 3300 Wade Hampton, South Carolina. I've never once had a bad experience. Every single person there handles their job professionally. And treats EVERY one like a human being. I've heard HORROR stories of CVS'.. And I can assure you, having to stop by there is a highlight in my day. Especially if my Nat is there. Thank you, CVS for the excellent care and service

Every pharmacy has its issues, especially these days, but I've always found the staff here to be extremely professional and kind. In part, you get what you give - if you come in like a demanding jerk, with no consideration for the strain they may be under, then you may not be treated so well. If you come in knowing that they're frequently overworked and understaffed (not the staff or store's fault) and are kind and considerate to them, then you'll likely end up getting pretty great service. Pretty simple. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for years and they've been wonderful, no matter who the pharmacist has been, and have really helped when it was needed.

I went to the take care clinic for a Covid-19 antibody test. It was a wonderful experience. The doctor & nurse were 2 beautiful women that were patient, kind & helpful. I really enjoyed my experience. They were friendly & made me feel so relaxed. I would visit them again if I needed a quick clinic service with great customer service.

Just wanted to share the MIRACLE that just occurred. I thought we had an extra can of formula at home and I was wrong. We had 2 bottles worth left. Today I went to 6 stores over the course of 4 hours, and found absolutely nothing. At the 6th store, this CVS, I was almost in tears. I had no idea what I was going to do and everything was about to close.

Then an employee (who I now know is the manager, Anita) asked if she could help me find anything. Half laughing half crying I said “formula”. She asked what kind, I told her. She opened her phone and I thought she was maybe going to call another location to ask if they had any in stock. She was FaceTiming her daughter, asking if she had any extra formula, immediately I said “oh no I’m not taking formula from your daughters child”.
She opened the cabinet and I saw the can of the exact formula I use.
She said her daughter cannot use them, she’s been getting them free from WIC and she will bring them to me. This woman brought me 7 cans of formula. And she’s insisting that she will keep providing me with this formula for as long as she can get it. At no cost. Without this formula, my son would not have been able to eat tonight. And now because of this angel, he’s stocked up as long as we need.
I don’t know what I did to deserve this but there was absolutely an angel watching over us tonight.

I visited the minute clinic and barely waited 15 minutes. The service was absolutely fantastic and Katie helped me with everything I needed. She was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable on my injury. I highly recommend this CVS!

The staff in the pharmacy is great! Super nice folks, I've always had a good experience here.

awesome and friendly staff, always answers any questions i might have on a prescription and over the counter medicine. store is well and and very very clean. staff is highly knowledge in their respective fileds
