This review is just for my guy Lewis!! One of the best experiences I've had in a store in some time. Professional..cool..personable and honest. You just don't see that much anymore. I will gladly do business at the store with him until he moves on and becomes CEO lol. Thank you Lewis! Gamestop needs to give you some appreciation and a raise..TODAY!!! I frequent this location more than others. Damien is what management should be. His knowledge and customer skills are what should be the absolute standard that others are to mimic. Top shelf. Catherine is a great help also. There are too many locations where GS employees lack product knowledge,have bad customer service, poor people skills etc. It shouldn't be that way at all and at this Store it never is. Thats why I always recommend this location.

This place is AWFUL! They never have pre orders, they always have trouble with something. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this GameStop!

I love going here about any video game I need or want the staff is friendly and is always willing to help and they have some of the best deals on systems without having to buy them new.

I am so pleased with this store. I called two days before talked with Joshua and he was so helpful pulled the game and I told him I would be in Saturday. I told him I have rewards to redeem but didn't know if I would do it right. He told to pull up the site before I came and he would walk me through it. Today I went in Kristin was working... she pulled my account up as well as I had on my phone. She redeem my awards and checked for anything else. I saved a good bit. Perfect. Before I left she let me know buy 2 get one free til end of December.
These two employees are the best. The store is always near and very well stocked. Thank you guys.

I was in there at 12:00 pm today. The lady working there was very nice and had lots of helpful info about Nintendo Lite games. She even asked me what my last system was (I am ancient) and what my favorite games were (also ancient). She said how you can download them on (current device we have) and how she loves...and said a few names of games I also enjoyed in my youth. She excitedly shared her experiences with some old games I also loved. She made me feel ok with being an “old gamer”. She also helped me find a store that had the game I was seeking for my kids, I did buy from her also. Thanks, Game Stop! You hire real heroes!

Damion, you are absolutely amazing! Thank you for all your help and knowledge about the Nintendo Switch. I know my little boy will be excited about his new birthday gift July 4th. You were super friendly to me on the phone as to why I choose your location to buy from instead of the Greer store which is closer to me. Thanks again for your great customer service.

Very enjoyable experience here this afternoon. I had not been here in a while due to a bad experience some years back, but I was able to find what I was looking for and have some great conversation along the way. Kristen was very helpful and down to earth, and offered honest opinions on several of the games I was interested in. I'll definitely be back. :)

Ryan is one great employee. I have shopped here for many years and even more since he appeared in the store. He is personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience and customer service.

I've been to a lot of stores in my travels, but this is my favorite hands down. The employee Naseem managed to handle a very sketchy situation today very professionally. Coming from a management background, this is the way I strive to train my employees and managers. I hope to come back soon!

This location is actually pretty good compared to other locations in the chain. If you get a chance stop by say hi to them and you'll actually discover better customer service and knowledge.

I'm not gonna talk about prices because it's the same in every G.S. store.
In this store Ken was nice and helpful and I found what I was supposed to find, so all good.

Really friendly staff. They were busy and checking people out quickly during the holidays. They have used controllers that are very affordable

My grandchildren love coming here and they just go through all the games that fit the unit that they play and they bring in some of their old games and trade them in it's really a neat shop for new and used items great prices

This location is my favorite. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff and totally saved my life on Black Friday by fairly assessing my trade in, unlike the one in Greer.

We've always had good luck finding good 2nd hand games & equipment. The staff are pretty knowledgeable about the games & are willing to help ya look for different alternatives!

Great service, and helpful and friendly employees, its always a pleasure walking in there but torture for the wallet!
