T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

TMobile as a company, absolutely terrible. HOWEVER, I wanted to take a moment to highlight some employees that helped me with a unique situation. Will and Martina (?) helped resolve a problem I had with corporate, but they helped me at this location by getting me in contact with the right people to help with a refund for an account problem. As heated as I was about the situation they both understood that my frustration was not with them and the proceeded with assistance in a calm and professional manner. 5 stars to the staff here.

My phone was acting up and not turning on ALL DAY. I called Apple tech support and long story short they couldn't help me. So I called my local T-Mobile store and Martina happened to answer and within 1 min. and 30 seconds my phone was back up and running. The best customer service I have ever received in my life. Martina ( sorry if i am spelling it wrong) You know who you are girl. Thank you so much for saving me so much time and hassle.

We arrived unannounced and was welcomed in with a smile the moment we stepped inside.. this isn't the case at our own service provider so it didn't go unnoticed. We were here to play 20 questions or at least as many as we could think to ask, we are not tech savvy and didn't understand much of what we were looking at. The salesperson was happy yes HAPPY to help, she didn't once make us feel like a burden or ignorant for our stupidity. She gave us a wonderful crash course in the latest items and we were able to understand and follow along in her demonstrations. She explained all of plans and prices. We came to ask questions and ended up departing with two new phones, a funny kind of watch, accessories and a happy existing customer along with us as a new customer... Thank you Rosalie, you are an absolute delight, we love our new phones and the service has been great, we have not had dropped calls in the zones we commonly do. Thank you ! A+++ 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly and awesome staff. Very professional. Never try to empty your pockets with unnecessary items but rather suggest devices that fit your particular need.

Steve D the store manager is absolutely amazing!! He’s patient, kind and CARING!! Most places you go they are in a rush to take your money and make you go... he was alone on a Sunday and assisting 2-3 people at the same time without breaking a sweat! This is my second year shopping here because of him.

T-mobile is the best! The employees here are always helpful! I like the upgrade packages T-mo has, and the phone choices for every range of pocketbook. Always great signal too!

I want to say that Martina is excellent at her job!! She goes far out of the way to make sure you're purchasing what you want and that you're getting it at a great price. She's all about helping the customer leave happy with less spending. She's cleaned up mistakes made by others and just always does a great job. She is who I will always try to see first! I wish Steve was still at this location but I'm super happy he's in zephyrhills Gal Blvd. Location because now that store will be worth visiting if I can't get to the Eiland Blvd store to see Martina! Matt did a great job, show your appreciation for his service if you stop in ;) he is extremely helpful too.

So much awesome staff since it got reincarnated to T-Mobile. The previous Sprint staff were shady when I got my S20 there in March, they hid the fact it was a preorder till the last minute, immediately sets up analytics against my will on setup to where I said no and took over, just horrid. Thank you to the T-Mobile guys last October on that Sunday I had to take it in for being so different than that.

We came in last week to pay off our phones and upgrade. Martina helped us and she was both professional and extrememly personable!!
She made sure we got all the bells and whistles and checked to make sure we were receiving the biggest bang for our buck! She even discovered a few discounts we weren’t receiving and should have been. We will always return to this store for any customer service we require! Thank you Martina!

Michelle was amazing....came into the store when it was dead after a few minutes she had three customers and no help. She juggled us perfectly and made everyone feel important. i never write a review but i had to because it was the best customer service i have received in a very long time!!! wish i could give her a 6th star!!

I'm a newer customer to the T-Mobile Family. I say that because this store has made me feel like family. I came in about two months ago and worked with Pamela, ended up moving my phones to T-Mobile. We talked about the home internet because I was moving to a place that did not have high speed internet available yet. I kept being told that I couldn't get the T-Mobile home internet. I later came back and dealt with the manager Dustin . Purchased a "hot spot" to get me by for a bit in the new place. Once I got my bill I called the 800 # to try to lower my bill. We changed my plan and when that happened my "hot spot" immediately stopped working. I spent hours on the phone with tech support to be told my device was defective. I kept saying then why did it stop working the minute we changed my plan. Long story short a week and a half with no internet. It wasn't until Dustin figured out that the plan was coded incorrectly did the issue get fixed. I had made may trips to this store during that time all the employees got to know me and took care of me even past closing. Dustin, Martina, Chris & Pamela are all awesome and went out of their way to help me and turn my bad experience into a good one. Pamela even went way out of her way to help me get connect with the 5g home internet, which by the way is working great. This whole store deserves praise for fixing a corporate screw up and keeping me as a customer. Eiland Blvd store Zephyrhills/Wesley Chapel, Fl.

Pedro was knowledgeable and helpful when I had a sim card go bad in my phone. He's definitely very good at his job 👏 👍 👌

I visited this location today, the two sales associates were very friendly and super helpful, I know the males name was steve but never caught the females name . They helped me tremendously and made my day a lot better . I would definitely chose this location over any other .

My other cellphone was compromised and the charging port was 90% broken. I have never established credit and was skeptical about going in the store to get a new phone. I had $28 in my checking account. I was amazed at how much this store and the employee/distributor were concerned about my situation. They addressed every concern. I not only got approved for the phone I also got other information that is currently benefitting me now. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a new phone or accessories this is the place to go. Thank you for your time and the care you took to help me.

Brian is the manager at this location and takes very good care of my family and i. He always goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. His staff is also amazing and very knowledgeable!

Martina was extremely delightful. She was patient and informative. I had a truly wonderful experience at this location, she set up my tablet and now I won't go anywhere else!

I would personally like to thank Alyandra for being very knowledgeable about the products and answering all my questions. I was thinking about switching carriers but after dealing with her I will definitely stay as Sprint Customer
